There is magic here with 400 acres of farmland to explore, although less than 5 miles from the University town of Aberystwyth so plenty to keep you entertained. Wether you come for the wild seas in winter, the fresh lambs in spring or the glory of the coastline in summer there is something for everyone. Incredible road cycling and mountain biking. Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Hidden deep within the Dyfi Forest on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park is our unique, off grid cabin. With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

Relaxing break near the Ceredigion coastal path

We have recently renovated a self contained annexe to a clean and comfortable place to stay. The annexe consists of a large open plan lounge & kitchen area, large bedroom, bathroom and an enclosed deck area in the garden. Please note despite airbnb overview making us look as if we are in the middle of a field, we are in fact on the side of quiet B Road. Train station in Bow Street is now open, a 10 minute walk away, we are happy to pick you up to save you the WALK!

A single-storey detached property, our cottage is set back from the road in a quiet hamlet with views overlooking open farmland. Bounded by a stream, the cottage is comfortably furnished and offers a double bedroom, large fitted kitchen, shower room and a large living/dining room with sofa bed (small double). There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

This property is set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park and is perfect for a couple or small family to enjoy the peaceful village and beautiful walks near by. The property is a 1860s grade 2 listed build full of character and charm, enjoying stunning views looking up the valley. We have sympathetically restored the property with its sash window and flag stone flooring, however it still includes all the mod cons to ensure a delightfully chilled holiday.

The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings. A complimentary breakfast hamper will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure

This delightful shepherd's hut situated on our smallholding in West Wales (lovingly built using low impact and reclaimed materials), offers a fantastic base to explore the nearby beaches, mountains and other attractions. The thoughtfully furnished interior includes a super comfy double bed, simple kitchen and cosy woodburner. Outside is a large decking area, your own unique walk in spiral shower and a separate compost loo.
