We are 20 minutes from Jericho Beach. There are two well-designed bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one with a twin bed. The sitting room is well appointed with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.

The bed was perfectly comfy for two people, and I loved that there was AC — a total lifesaver for an Asian like me! The private bathroom was new and spotless, and honestly, everything in the room looked clean and well-maintained. I was seriously impressed. As for safety, there’s a keypad lock which I absolutely loved — it made me feel really secure. The area is quiet and safe, and there’s street parking right in front, which was super convenient. If I ever come back to Canada, I’d definitely stay here again. 💯

Bedroom was a fantastic size. Room 2. Very hard bed!!! Kitchen was spacious and clean. Bathrooms clean. Rosa was an amazing help. Convenient bus to downtown/kits (30mins). Close to UBC. Not much around the house. All groceries/stores down at Broadway/4th. Make sure to top up your compass card with lots of credit as there’s no where to top up nearby. Was a nice stay. Served my purpose.

This is our second time staying here for our kid’s swim meet at the UBC Aquatic Centre. It’s the perfect location every time — close to the pool and great for visiting the campus.

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, on a tree-lined street near Dunbar Street, 15 minutes' drive from downtown Vancouver. It is located in the basement at the back of the house, accessible by a concrete staircase. Street parking is easy, which was important to us. Liwei always responded immediately to my questions and was very responsive and friendly. There is a large glass span that lights up the living room very well, despite the "basement". Everything is completely private too. Everything was extremely clean which is very nice, the bed super comfortable. Beautiful spacious kitchen, everything was on site. Large fridge. For the operation of the shower, there is an explanatory drawing in a frame on the bathroom shelf, which was very useful to us😀😀! We had a very pleasant 3 days in this perfect accommodation for us. We felt at home. Excellent stay where everything was perfect.

Came here for a concert at UBC Doug Thunderbirds stadium. I can walk to the stadium, lots of restaurants, coffee shop, and grocery store. Cindy and Jeff is a great host. Check in instructions is easy
