The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.

Bedroom was a fantastic size. Room 2. Very hard bed!!! Kitchen was spacious and clean. Bathrooms clean. Rosa was an amazing help. Convenient bus to downtown/kits (30mins). Close to UBC. Not much around the house. All groceries/stores down at Broadway/4th. Make sure to top up your compass card with lots of credit as there’s no where to top up nearby. Was a nice stay. Served my purpose.

This is a great neighborhood. 20 minute Uber to the Airport and 20 minutes downtown. Very quiet. You share the space with three other people but the bathroom is private and the place is sparkling and the hosts are wonderful 😊 Great value for money. Fair pricing for the city. Would recommend.

L’appartement se situe dans un beau quartier calme, dans une rue arborée près de Dunbar street, à 15min. en voiture du centre de Vancouver. Il se situe en sous sol à l’arrière de la maison, accessible par un escalier en béton. Facile de se garer dans la rue, ce qui était important pour nous. Liwei a toujours répondu immédiatement à mes questions et a été très réactive et sympathique. il y a une grande portée vitrée qui éclaire très bien le living, malgré le « sous sol ». Tout a fait privatif aussi. Tout était extrêmement propre ce qui est très agréable, le lit super confortable. belle cuisine spacieuse, tout était sur place. Grand frigo. Pour le fonctionnement de la douche, il y a un dessin explicatif dans un cadre sur la tablette de la salle bain , cela nous a été bien utile 😀😀 ! Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréable dans ce logement parfait pour nous’ on s’est senti comme chez nous. Excellent séjour ou tout était parfait.

Came here for a concert at UBC Doug Thunderbirds stadium. I can walk to the stadium, lots of restaurants, coffee shop, and grocery store. Cindy and Jeff is a great host. Check in instructions is easy
