Monthly Rentals in Union Township

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in Katherine’s house. Katherine and Barb were very accessible and proactive. It was just as described and very well laid out. The kitchen living room space was perfect to hang out in and visit with each other. It was well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space is truly an oasis! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

My sisters & I had a fantastic stay here! We visited in June and the pool was pristine, warm and perfect. The house had absolutely everything we wanted and needed, and was so clean, classy and comfortable with its multiple seating areas both indoors and out. We stay at an Airbnb every summer, and we all agreed that this house is our favorite to date.

It was close to mariemont and cincinnati.
