Monthly Rentals in Union City

Loved, loved, loved staying here. Eric is a great host, providing all the instructions you could ever need and also so much to do. We loved using the kayaks and boat to go out on the lake. My group is looking forward to the next trip!

Stan and Deb made us delicious blueberry muffins for breakfast (that accommodated my food allergies, might I add!) and left them in the space before we got there. Very communicative and they made us feel right at home. The walking trails on the back part of the property were great for bird watching. Everything was spotless and the bedroom is absolutely beautiful. Love the nature decor

Love this studio apartment. The neighborhood is super peaceful and safe. Walking my dogs allows me to enjoy all the lovely gardens. Access to tons of restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and discount big box stores are just one exit up on I 94. There is a clean and safe coin laundry less than 10 minutes away. WiFi is great and if you are a TV person, it's all here. Highly recommend.

The space is absolutely exceptional and gorgeous! We were really impressed with how nice the place was. It had ample room to fit our group of 30+ people and offered a variety of activities. The host was wonderful and flexible, accommodating our requests with ease.
