Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Union City

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

Chase is the best host ever! So accommodating and helpful in every way. My friend and I felt right at home and were able to get organised for our 30 day Appalachian trail hike with Chases helpful hints and accommodating ways. This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Alanna’s place. I was there with my 2 adult children and everyone had plenty of space. I also used the work area, which was super helpful for this trip. The decor is absolutely beautiful and house was sparkling clean. I really appreciated that Alanna left lights on for us given our very late arrival. We look forward to staying again!

She was very nice and responsive. The house was amazing. There was sort of bad phone service signal around the area but her having wifi and providing the details prior to check-in was gratefully appreciated

This house was perfect for my family. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy (despite the ample amount of space). The entertainment area in the living room was amazing with the sound system. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the appliances were top tier. We didn't use the backyard, but it was so spacious. Andre was very communicative and friendly. I would definitely use his home again.

Raheem was a great host and really helpful throughout my stay. He was easy to reach and made sure everything was taken care of. The place was just like the listing—clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
