We had an amazing stay at Linnea’s beautiful home, which she cohosted with Oskar. Located on the peaceful outskirts of the charming town of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, the house is perfectly positioned near the seaside, offering serene views of the water through its large windows. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children especially loved the wide-screen TV and the variety of toys, which made their time here extra enjoyable. Linnea was a warm and attentive host, making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Erittäin kaunis ja viihtyisä ympäristö. Itselläni oli koirat (pienet) mukana ja niiden kanssa pääsi heti lenkkimaastoihin. Marcuseen sai hyvin yhteyden ja hän oli erittäin ystävällinen. Kaupat hiukan pidemmällä, mutta itselläni oli auto käytössä. Kulman takaa meni paikallis bussi, jolla pääsee kyllä kaupalle ja muutenkin liikkumaan. Pihapiirissä oli vieraspaikkoja ja niitä löytyi koko matkani ajan (1kk, toukokuu). Pysäköintilupa oli asunnossa sisällä. Voin kyllä lämpimästi suositella tätä kohdetta!

Wir hatten eine tolle Nacht bei Marianne und Niklas. Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sehr sauber und die Küche bot alles was sich der Gast wünscht. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher abstellen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und wünschen Marianne und Niklas das allerbeste. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Emme voi muuta kuin suositella! Majoituimme neljä tyttöä sairaala-harjoituksemme ajaksi Karinin asuntoon ja olimme todella tyytyväisiä. Asunto oli puhdas ja toimiva, alue hieno ja asunto lähellä sairaalaa. Kauppa oli tien toisella puolella. Saimme jopa kyydin juna-asemalta tullessamme!

Maria & Tiago's accommodation is beautiful. Directly on Höga Kusten Leden and close to Köpmanholmen, the Skuleskogen Park and the ferry to Trysunda are within easy reach - Örnsköldsvik is not far away either. Maria & Tiago respond very quickly to questions and are very helpful. A clear recommendation!

Das Haus von Maria ist so wie wir uns ein ruhig gelegenes Schwedenhaus vorstellen. Es ist sehr hell und freundlich und wir hatten einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Alles was wir für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt brauchen haben wir , wie in der Beschreibung, vorgefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Huset var toppen att utgå från när vi gjorde Höga kusten, bra avstånd till mycket. Lite slitet men mysigt och funktionellt. Mycket bra och trevlig kommunikation med Gabriella och Fredrik som snabbt ryckte ut när vi hade strul med duschen, vilket åtgärdades snabbt. Plus för altanen där vi åt alla middagar, badtunnan och studsmattan för barnen.

This is a unique house in a unique location. It's hard to describe, you have to experience it. There is a fantastic restaurant called Kajkanten at the local port (5 min. walk). The pasta dish was the best ever. The host Linéa is such a lovely person. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Sie ist groß und geräumig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine tolle Sauna und einen richtig schönen Kamin. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und fanden auch die Umgebung toll sehr schön! Oskar war immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten und eins mit einem Einzelbett. Wenn man zu 9 anreisen möchte, können zwei Personen auf einem Sofa im Keller schlafen. Das hat auch gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber alles andere hat uns so gut gefallen, da hat uns das kaum gestört. Ich glaube das Haus ist auch toll im Sommer, denn es hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem Fluss durch das Gelände fliest. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. :)

Vi tillbringande en vecka och var väldigt nöjda ☺️ Väldigt hjälpsam värd, flexibelt, otroligt fin utsikt och fint boende - uppfyllde våra förväntningar! Skulle absolut rekommendera detta boende vidare, och skulle vägarna ta oss tillbaka till Örnsköldsvik skulle vi utan tvekan kunna tänka oss att hyra stället igen!

Vi har haft jättehärliga dagar i denna otroligt fina stuga. Vi fick en riktigt wow-känsla när vi kom in i stugan och även när vi såg altanen med den fantastiska utsikten. Att även ha en egen stenstrand vid vattnet var ett riktigt plus. Vi har varit på utflykter i närheten, grillat och fiskat upp flera fiskar vid den egna stenstranden. Vi har fått ett snabbt och trevligt bemötande av Emma och även fått mycket tips om aktiviteter i närheten. Vi är otroligt nöjda med att vi bokade denna stuga och kan varmt rekommendera den!

We had a hard time finding it as no number on the building but thankfully had a picture. No indication where to park so that should be addressed to those arriving and I found where to put garbage but again no information on where it was located. Location was good and very clean and comfortable beds.

A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.

Very nice Apartment with very nice owners. Everything Looks Like nice and cosy. Great place to stay 👍🏻 Every time again 👍🏻
