Sleeping alcove with bed and wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and drying cabinet. For those who wish, there is also the opportunity to use the wood-fired sauna.

The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

We spent 5 nights at Samuel's house and highly recommend the accommodation. The house is located on the edge of the forest and it is very idyllic and in the middle of nature. Due to the location, it is super quiet and relaxing. By car you can explore the surroundings very well and go on great hikes. The house was very well maintained, the kitchen very well equipped and the beds comfortable and cozy. We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time!

This is a unique house in a unique location. It's hard to describe, you have to experience it. There is a fantastic restaurant called Kajkanten at the local port (5 min. walk). The pasta dish was the best ever. The host Linéa is such a lovely person. Highly recommended.

Amazing house and wonderful city. Got a quick response to everything we were wondering about. Thoughtful host who messaged us if we were well. The kids had an absolutely wonderful time with a large garden, outdoor toys, trampoline and their own playroom inside. We know where to rent a house if we come back, definitely recommend.

Airbnb where you feel just like at home. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is very peaceful just by the lake. We even had 5 reindeers in backyard one morning. We appreciated that kitchen had the necessary utensils and cutlery. Children enjoyed playing outside. Peter was a great host and very responsive!

The place is close to airport, is easy to find, there is space to park a car. It's clean and nice warm (we were here in the winter). Comfortable beds and morgan food in the fridge were waiting for us and it was super good (especially because we arrived late). Thank you very much Carita and Rolf for the recommendation of a walk. Everything perfect, can be recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming host, greeting you upon arrival and available to resolve any issues during your stay. Short drive to Ö-vik and the national park. Spotlessly clean and very cozy house with all amenities you may need during your stay. I really enjoyed the stay at Lillemor’s house and will be happy to return again.

Had a great stay in Lyktvägen - lovely apartment that fit our needs perfectly and felt at home. It had everything you could need. Close to the lake which was great for walking, running, cycling and kayaking in summer. Can imagine would be fun in Winter too. Marcus was a great host - responsive, helpful. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful flat with a fantastic view! The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable. James always replied fast and kind. We would definitely recommend staying there! One little tip for future guests: If you come by train use a backpack and no suitcase because it is a short hike from the trainstation :)

Great cottage, amazing place, amazing hosts. The cottage is well located as a starting point for the sights of the High Coast and has a nice view of the sea. For the second time we stayed in Christer's house in Fällsvikhamnen. All the facilities you need are there, the house is very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. We hiked a lot to Rotsidan, and the southern entrance to Skuleskogen is a 50-minute drive away. Christer is fine in communication. I would love to come back in the future, to once again enjoy this fantastic house.
