Another fantastic stay! Kosmas is an amazing host - super friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here twice already and I'm planning to come back for a third time. The apartment's location is great, and I loved exploring the area every day. You get to see a different side of Perugia beyond the tourist spots. There are some great bars and restaurants on the way to the city center, perfect for evenings. The apartment is perfectly set up with everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plus, there's a cute little garden for your morning coffee. Everything you need is just around the corner - a supermarket, a bar for cappuccino and cornetti, and even free parking in a nearby underground garage. Highly recommend this place! Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Carlo's place is much larger and more beautiful than you can see from the photos! Carlo is a fantastic person, he gave us countless tips on places to visit and many tips on restaurants in the area. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, the linens and sheets were fragrant and very clean. In addition, he left us a wide choice of breakfast foods. What can I say, absolutely perfect in everything. I recommend it to all those looking for accommodation in the area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful ground floor flat overlooking lovely trees, within easy walking distance to central Perugia. Marta is a very helpful, responsive host, with good local recommendations.

Wonderful stay surrounded by nature and tranquility. The property is perfect for those looking for a little peace and wanting to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle, surrounded by clean air and relaxing landscapes. Yuri is an extremely friendly, helpful and practical host: he made us feel immediately at ease. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone looking to regenerate.

Firstly: yes the view really is that fantastic. It’s a gorgeous spot overlooking Assisi that is absorbing both night and day. We very much enjoyed staying at Daniele’s place. The bed is comfortable, the shower warm, and the facilities are great for a stay of a few nights. Crucially, you’re just a few metres from an excellent gelato shop. St Chiara’s Cathedral is close by, and all the sites are within walking distance. Thanks Daniele!

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

I really enjoyed my stay here but mainly to Barbara. She was always available to me and helped me with some questions ! It was an easy location to the rest of Citta di Castello and walkable to anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend this space to any traveller who wants an easy place to stay in Umbria. It is central to many towns in the area.

Dominik’s house became our home away from home. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will miss our lunches sitting outside on the front balcony, our afternoon cocktails on the back balcony, and watching the sun set from our kitchen window. Because of my special needs Dominik went out of his way to accomodate and help. Il Nuvoloso is everything you would expect for an Italian vacation. We hope to be able to return again one day. We definitely would recommend Il Nuvoloso as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Dominik for all you have done to make our stay perfect. Big hug to Celeste and the staff.

Great place in Assisi! Cristina was responsive and very helpful. We drove a car and she met us and showed us where to park. She also provided recommendations for food the following morning. The apartment is so unique and beautiful.

Spent a lovely week at Marco’s holiday place. The flat was decorated traditionally, In immaculate condition and well kitted out ( there were snacks and cold drinks waiting in the fridge). We used the private back patio for breakfasts and after dinner drinks with a view of the countryside! The pool and grounds are great and my toddler loved the trampoline . Parking was easy and the property is easy to access ( no gravel/steep roads etc) Lastly and importantly, Marco and his mother are really nice! He gave a great recommendation for a local pizza place with sunset views and was very helpful generally

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful location within driving distance to cities small and large, this is it! Beyond a doubt the best place we’ve stayed in for all of our trips to Italy.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Beautiful place! Super cozy and clean apartment! Anna welcomed us with a welcome basket with some products from the farm. Always clean pool, well-maintained lawn. We ate eggs from his chickens and zucchini from his garden. 5 minutes away, a well-stocked coop for any need. We woke up to the sound of birds... a really relaxing and regenerating weekend. We will definitely be back!!!

We were really happy with our 4 week stay in Sansepolcro with Eleonora and Giulio. We felt incredibly welcomed and enjoyed the space with our 4 month old baby. There were many recommendations provided and our home away from home was a great location for day trips to neighbouring places like Anghiari, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Badia Teldalda, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Gubbio and Perugia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with the baby and his first time away. We stayed from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was cool but the heating worked well and was not much of an agreed upon, additional cost per usage. We were able to go for a few walks, enjoy picnics on the lawn and enjoy the greenery. I would recommend staying here.

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼
