The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in dem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am besten war der direkte Zugang zum See wo man sehr Privat liegen konnte. Die Hunde die wir mit hatten wurden herzlich empfangen und durften auch mit ins Wasser. Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Haus an einem tollen See wo wir gerne wieder hin kommen.

Es war einfach traumhaft! wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Elke dag liet de zon zich zien. We konden voor ons huisje zitten. Hebben ons vermaakt in de omgeving, zowel fietsend als lopend. Een aanrader.

Prachtige en hele nette ruimte, ruim voldoende plek voor ons gezin van vier! Erg schoon, een vriendelijke eigenaresse, spreekt echter zelf geen woord Engels, maar met wat handen en voetenwerk kom je een eind. Ook haar zoon doet een deel van de communicatie, hij spreek wel gewoon Engels. Ruim opgezette tuin met voldoende parkeergelegenheid waarbij je de auto achter een afgesloten hek parkeert, wat ook wel een prettig gevoel geeft.

הבית עצמו הוא פנינה בלב נוף מקסים ומלא שלווה ויופי. אבל מעבר לכך, נורית היתה לנו לעזר בצורה יוצאת דופן כדי להפוך את שהייתנו במקום למוצלחת במיוחד. זאת בפרט לאור התקלה שלנו - שלא הצלחנו לשכור רכב. היא היתה בקשר, בזמינות מדהימה ובעצות זהב לאורך כל שהותנו!

This apartment is in an amazing area right off the beautiful street of Viale Nicola Colesanti. We enjoyed walking to the water for our morning cappuccinos and exploring the shops and restaurants in the old town of Bolsena. The parking space given was very spacious and easy to find. I requested a crib for our son and there was also a high chair and changing table which was so considerate. The main living area was very spacious and the rooms/bathrooms were nicely distanced from each other. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for us as we weren’t used to memory foam but this was more our issue. Giovanni was very responsive and made the effort to speak in English. Overall I can’t recommend this apartment enough for anyone visiting the beautiful area of Bolsena!

Traumhafte Lage, großzügiges Grundstück, gemütliches Haus. Genau richtig zum Entspannen. Am Wochenende gibt es Musik in der Bar am Strand - das geht auch mal bis nach Mitternacht. Silvia ist eine exzellente Gastgeberin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

This is a lovely place with a stunning view. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. There are many restaurants all around, as well as shops and a grocery store close by. The owners are very responsive and helpful and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!
