Monthly Rentals in Ulysses

Our stay at Durga's was superb: The apartment was spotless and spacious and easily accessible from the driveway. Everything in it was neatly and tastefully arranged. There was plenty of hot water, and many towels of various sizes were put out for us. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances and utensils. A large television was available (which we did not use). Perhaps the biggest surprise was the bed's mattress, which was the most comfortable we've ever experienced. We awoke without the usual aching back and sore shoulders. The house itself is very quiet, located on a small country road not far from Route 89, the main thoroughfare of the area, with forest and chirping birds all around and Taughannock Park within walking distance. We heard no sound of traffic the entire time we were there. Durga made herself readily available, should we have any problems or concerns, which we did not. It was all in all a wonderful stay!

My family stayed here for graduation weekend 2025 and had a lovely stay! The entire family was comfortable and the place was clean. Just what was needed for a few days close to Cornell. The only thing missing in the kitchen is a dishwasher, but aside from that the barn has great amenities. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and linens as well. The biggest complaint from the family was regarding the check out instructions. We were instructed to strip the sheets, clean the dishes and take all the garbage and recycling out to the outside bins. Considering the price for the stay, this should be included in the cleaning fee.
