Karen and George’s home was the perfect Finger Lakes getaway. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was super close to some of the best wineries, and they were just a text away—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 10/10!

I would like to say Melanie was very easy to talk to with quick responses. We were happy when we arrived at her property! The house looked better than the pictures that were posted. It was clean, had everything you needed for a perfect weekend! We would recommend this property and hope to be back next time! Thank you for a great family trip

Great location and place! One of the cleanest places I have stayed in. Good layout for our extended generations. Well appointed for travel and making you feel at home. Tracey was also a proactive host making sure we were clear about accommodation. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous experience! The house is beautiful with really charming art and decorations throughout the house. The outside space is gorgeous and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee outside on the deck looking at the lake and kayaking in the afternoon! Valarie was very responsive and provided clear instructions and information. We were visiting for a wedding at the Fountainbleu Inn and it was so easy to walk to the venue!

What a beautiful location and very nice house. We didn't have any issues at all and hope we can come back in the future. The lake water was too cold for us to want to swim but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and played card games on the balcony. The weather in June is perfection, the wineries and State parks nearby were so great, and the house itself had everything we needed. Thank you so much, Kate!

Sean’s property was beautifully maintained and exceeded our expectations. We chose this location for its accessibility, particularly for my elderly mother, and it proved to be an ideal choice. The walk to the lake was easy and convenient, making it even more enjoyable. Sean was highly responsive and communicative, promptly addressing any questions we had. My boyfriend and I wanted to extend our trip to FLX by a day and came across this gem. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a warm smile that made us feel at home. Everything in this apartment is intentionally made to match the vibrant history of Seneca Falls. The furniture, lighting, silverware and decor make you feel like you are living in history. I especially liked the old card books on the dressers in each room . Bed was comfy and the blankets kept us warm. Sven is renovating this property so there are some cool upgrade’s to the property future guests will enjoy. I feel the welcome message and the whole listing is very clear to what you can expect and what is to be offered. I needed a hair dryer and John was quick to help. Check out was a breeze! Three of us stayed at Peggy’s place for a weekend and my only regret is not booking for longer! The location is a dream—right on the lake and only a few minutes drive from the farmer’s market and other must-see places in Ithaca. I hope to come back!

We spent 4 nights in Michelle’s Airbnb at the beautiful Waneta lake. It was a great location to explore the surrounding Finger Lake area, especially Watkins Glen stood out to us.

Had a girls weekend, and this was the perfect place. Beautiful views and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Would love to come back.

My college roommate and I stayed in this AirBnB for our reunion, and were happy with our choice. Great location, sweet little unit, the owners anticipated the needs of their renters very well in terms of what was provided in the kitchen (whole bean coffee + grinder!) and unit. We were two adult female travelers, so used both the bed and the convertible couch - I thought the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in *any* AirBnb and I've probably stayed in over 3 dozen, so that's saying a lot! My roommate said the couch was "fine" comfort-wise. The A/C unit works great and was adequate to the task. The location is awesome - just down from a coffeeshop (Monaco's), and right near downtown so a quick walk home after a final night out with college classmates. The floors in the kitchen and on the stairwell outside the apartment were pretty squeaky, but it's an old building so that's to be expected. I appreciated the extra linens and the ironing board. I loved the paint color and decor!

Seth’s place was a 1000% worth it. It landed up being one of the best things in our trip and the place was so amazing decorated. Seth and Annie were super responsive and were very warm! I loved all the recommendations Seth gave us and we actually listened to his recommendations and visited all the cafes and hikes. I definitely know that I’m going back at Seth’s and Annie’s place in the winter! ❤️

Mary was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host. She has a lovely cottage amidst a very private section of the lake and we felt we had all we needed to enjoy our peaceful retreat.

We stayed at this cozy home over a long weekend catching up with some friends. The hosts were very responsive whenever we needed assistance throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the home was tidy. Great view of the water and not too far from local wineries and restaurants. Overall a good experience.

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, cozy and well appointed. We loved having our own private space to enjoy looking out at the lake on both the deck of the house and down by the water itself. So, wonderfully relaxing. We decided to make dinner ourselves one night to better enjoy our time at the house and it’s beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed including a grill in the yard. The home owner was very accessible and helpful when we had a few minor questions. The property itself was situated close enough to the town of Geneva for restaurants and the grocery store but also close to some unique wineries and breweries right nearby. (Side note: War Horse Brewery - Well worth checking out!) I would highly recommend staying at this property. We had a fantastic time. You won’t be disappointed!

This lakefront cottage was in a beautiful location and directly on the water, so you could go to sleep and wake up to the peaceful sounds of the lake. Every bit of space was used efficiently, resulting in the place feeling roomier than you may think at first glance. It was even pet-friendly with our dog finding a nice spot right by the door where he could watch all the happenings on the lake no matter what the weather! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Our stay at Kate’s was perfect for my graduation weekend. The house had everything we needed, and the views were absolutely stunning. Kate was super responsive and really accommodating, which made everything easy. I’d definitely love to come back when the weather’s nicer and try out the kayaks and paddleboards. Highly recommend!
