Private suite vacation rentals in Ulcinj Municipality

I was lucky enough to find this gem of an apartment and booked it for two nights for myself as a late birthday gift in mid-July. It was the perfect place to recharge from the busyness of travelling, family celebrations and hostels I had been in. It is right above Liman 2 beach, a small pebbled beach with no deck chairs or umbrellas to rent, just the beautiful natural little pebbled beach and ocean. The road to get there is small and narrow so traffic noise is really very minimal, which is uncommon in the busy summer season. Even though the two days I was there were public holidays, it never felt overwhelmingly busy like all the other surrounding beaches. I found so much peace and happiness in this little place. I did not meet Mira, though her daughter Violeta was the most wonderful host. She was kind and helpful and when my taxi did not show up and I was about to miss my bus, she drove me herself even though it was hot and there was so much traffic. I would recommend this apartment to everyone, as it is 1 minute from Liman 2, 5 minutes from Liman 1 (which has a lovely beach bar vibe and nice deck chairs and umbrellas to rent) and maybe 7 minutes or so to old town, 10/12 or so minutes to Small Beach (the central beach strip with many cafes, clubs, bars, restaurants). I loved eating at Fisherman Hari's (beautiful view and delicious seafood) and Restaurant Antigonia (the most gorgeous terrace) at sunset and then wondering back down to this peaceful, clean apartment. Хозяева были очень любезны и гостеприимны, консультировали нас по любому вопросу, за что им огромное спасибо :) Квартира очень чистая и полностью соответствует описанию. Оборудована всем необходимым. Расположение - около километра от моря, но в гору, что некоторым может не подойти, но для нас особых неудобв это не доставило :) В общем нам все понравилось, всячески рекомендую!

Très bon séjour au sein du logement proposé par Mira qui s’avère être une hôte très chaleureuse ! Le logement est un peu en retrait de l’effervescence de la ville ce qui le rend calme. Nous avons également pu profiter de l’accès à la plage au pied de l’appartement

Ce logement est fabuleux en terme de situation, en bord de mer dans une crique fantastique. Mira et son mari nous ont reçu de façon admirable, ils ont même organisé une soirée qui restera pour nous mémorable. Bref un super endroit dont je recommande a tous.

Mira und ihre Familie sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk und einer leckeren Speise empfangen. Am nächsten Abend sind wir ganz spontan zu selbst gefangenen Fisch und Wein eingeladen worden. Die kleine Badebucht vor dem Haus,hat den ganzen Aufenthalt richtig perfekt gemacht. We are totally satisfied with the place. It was very clean and its a really big house, perfect for 4 people. It is located very close to the city center. The only problem is the parking, I reccomend that you park your car to a private parking not on the road because they tore us the tires (probably the neighbor on the just upper street who was shouting to us for supposedly parking on their parking place). I highly reccomend the place though!

Дуже милі і хороші господарі. Апартаменти дуже хороші, все нове, Інтернет,телевізор, два кондиціонери,дві душових з туалетами, гриль, столики з парасольками, батут, качелі,футбольне поле, безплатна парковка зразу біля дому. Сто метрів від дому - пекарня і крамничка «овочі+фрукти». Велика Пляжа 10 хв. пішки або 3 хв. автом. Рекомендуємо !!! Чорногорія прекрасна країна , є де подорожувати. Прекрасне місце для відпочинку з дітьми . Море тут мілке, пляж довжиною в 14 км дуже широкий і пісчаний. Море теж повністю пісчане і тепліше на відміну від других пляжів. На пляжі все цивілізовано, він розбитий на багато секторів , всюди лежаки, парасольки, кафешки, качелі і все необхідне для вашого комфорту! Mark i Nora - молодці! Стараються Вам всім догодити. Роблять все для того щоб Вам тут сподобалось. Подяка їм за це. Ми задоволені,приїдемо ще раз !

Very nice apartment on the hill overlooking Bar. Bit outside of the center, but, located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the city and sea, and still only a short walk to the center and beach. Evgenyi picked us up from the station and we were able to check in quite early without any hassle.

Потрясающее место, атмосферная каменная вилла, с уютными номерами и панорамным видом. Хочется отдельно поблагодарить за радушное гостеприимство хозяев. Рекомендую всем кто любит отдых в уединении на природе.

The place was outstanding. The owner (Sergei) was very helpful and caring. We have traveled with a two kids and one of them got sick, Sergei escorted us to the hospital and helped communicate with a doctor. We are very thankful for him. And the apartments was just perfect. Very spacious, with big balcony, you can enter it from the kitchen and living room. At the balcony you can enjoy town and sea view. Big TV, good internet connection. The property is on the hill so those who have problems walking could be challenging. But the car solves the issue. Overall it is a fantastic place and good price for it. Highly recommended.

Gorans place was very convinient, close to Bar and major road. Highly recomended. Goran was extremely good host. Facilities where plentiful. Kitchen was clean and equiped with all necessary utilities ready to prepare your own food.

Me and my wife really enjoyed living in the villa Lora. We stayed there for 3 months in a non-tourist season. We are freelancers, working at home online and the choice with two separate rooms was very convenient. The hosts are very nice, we immediately got everything we need. It is very good that apartment is close to the mountains, since the beaches didn't interest us very much. Walking to the sea on the nearest road is a bit stressful because of cars, but you can go the other way that we sometimes did. We did not have a car. We like to walk. Large supermarkets are far, but quite accessible. In our opinion, the apartment is a little bit deprived of coziness, but we created it ourselves. If you work on the network - the connection speed is not very fast, but acceptable. In general, we would be glad to visit this place again. The price corresponds to the quality.

Прекрасное жильё в 15 минутах от моря: отдельная комната с холодильником, электроплитой и ванная со стиральной машиной и туалетом. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, готовый всегда помочь советом. Недалеко центр города, супермаркеты и автобусные остановки, с которых можно отправляться на экскурсии по стране. Рекомендую жильё всем, кто ценит уют и комфорт за умеренную цену.

Die wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Nicht weit von den Bergen entfernt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer und in der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
