Private suite vacation rentals in Ulcinj Municipality

I was lucky enough to find this gem of an apartment and booked it for two nights for myself as a late birthday gift in mid-July. It was the perfect place to recharge from the busyness of travelling, family celebrations and hostels I had been in. It is right above Liman 2 beach, a small pebbled beach with no deck chairs or umbrellas to rent, just the beautiful natural little pebbled beach and ocean. The road to get there is small and narrow so traffic noise is really very minimal, which is uncommon in the busy summer season. Even though the two days I was there were public holidays, it never felt overwhelmingly busy like all the other surrounding beaches. I found so much peace and happiness in this little place. I did not meet Mira, though her daughter Violeta was the most wonderful host. She was kind and helpful and when my taxi did not show up and I was about to miss my bus, she drove me herself even though it was hot and there was so much traffic. I would recommend this apartment to everyone, as it is 1 minute from Liman 2, 5 minutes from Liman 1 (which has a lovely beach bar vibe and nice deck chairs and umbrellas to rent) and maybe 7 minutes or so to old town, 10/12 or so minutes to Small Beach (the central beach strip with many cafes, clubs, bars, restaurants). I loved eating at Fisherman Hari's (beautiful view and delicious seafood) and Restaurant Antigonia (the most gorgeous terrace) at sunset and then wondering back down to this peaceful, clean apartment. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, advised us on any issue, for which they are very grateful :) The apartment is very clean and fully corresponds to the description. Equipped with everything you need. The location is about a kilometer from the sea, but uphill, which may not be suitable for some, but for us it did not cause much inconvenience :) In general, we liked everything, I highly recommend it!

This place is fabulous in terms of location, by the sea in a fantastic cove. Mira and her husband received us admirably, they even organized an evening that will remain memorable for us to stay memorable. In short, a great place that I recommend it to everyone.

magical place of penitude. away from the city buzz. it takes a little thigh to go to the old town and know how to drive on a monorroute. but tranquility is worth a visit. very difficult parking. we parked in the parking lot of the hotel. the cove and terrace are magical. mira is adorable.

We are totally satisfied with the place. It was very clean and its a really big house, perfect for 4 people. It is located very close to the city center. The only problem is the parking, I reccomend that you park your car to a private parking not on the road because they tore us the tires (probably the neighbor on the just upper street who was shouting to us for supposedly parking on their parking place). I highly reccomend the place though!

Very nice and good hosts. The apartment is very good, everything is new, internet, TV, two air conditioners,two showers with toilets, grill, tables with umbrellas, trampoline, swing,soccer field, free parking immediately near the house. One hundred meters from the house - a bakery and a store "vegetables+fruits". Big Beach 10 min walk or 3 min by car. Recommended !!! Montenegro is a beautiful country with a place to travel. A wonderful place to relax with the kids . The sea is shallow here, the beach is 14 km long and very wide and sandy. The sea is also completely sandy and warmer than other beaches. Everything on the beach is civilized, it is broken into many sectors , sunbeds, umbrellas, cafes, swings and everything you need for your comfort! Mark i Nora - great! They try to please you all. They do their best to make you like it here. Thanks to them for that. We're happy,we'll come again !

Very nice apartment on the hill overlooking Bar. Bit outside of the center, but, located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the city and sea, and still only a short walk to the center and beach. Evgenyi picked us up from the station and we were able to check in quite early without any hassle.

Amazing place, atmospheric stone villa, with cozy rooms and panorama view. I would like to thank you separately for the warm hospitality of the hosts. I recommend it to anyone who loves to relax in nature.

The place was outstanding. The owner (Sergei) was very helpful and caring. We have traveled with a two kids and one of them got sick, Sergei escorted us to the hospital and helped communicate with a doctor. We are very thankful for him. And the apartments was just perfect. Very spacious, with big balcony, you can enter it from the kitchen and living room. At the balcony you can enjoy town and sea view. Big TV, good internet connection. The property is on the hill so those who have problems walking could be challenging. But the car solves the issue. Overall it is a fantastic place and good price for it. Highly recommended.

Gorans place was very convinient, close to Bar and major road. Highly recomended. Goran was extremely good host. Facilities where plentiful. Kitchen was clean and equiped with all necessary utilities ready to prepare your own food.

Me and my wife really enjoyed living in the villa Lora. We stayed there for 3 months in a non-tourist season. We are freelancers, working at home online and the choice with two separate rooms was very convenient. The hosts are very nice, we immediately got everything we need. It is very good that apartment is close to the mountains, since the beaches didn't interest us very much. Walking to the sea on the nearest road is a bit stressful because of cars, but you can go the other way that we sometimes did. We did not have a car. We like to walk. Large supermarkets are far, but quite accessible. In our opinion, the apartment is a little bit deprived of coziness, but we created it ourselves. If you work on the network - the connection speed is not very fast, but acceptable. In general, we would be glad to visit this place again. The price corresponds to the quality.

Lovely place 15 minutes from the sea: private room with fridge, electric stove and bathroom with washing machine and toilet. Very hospitable host, always ready to help with advice. Close to the city center, supermarkets and bus stops from which you can go on tours around the country. I recommend the place to anyone who appreciates coziness and comfort for a reasonable price.

It was far from the center and to the sea, but near to the train station.

I LOVED STAYING HERE. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach, board walk and downtown. The host is very professional, it is very silent at night and very safe. The host is honest and is very informative. Book this place, you will not regret it!!!!
