Vacation rentals with beach access in Ulcinj Municipality

The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

Great location, isolated from noise. Quiet and peacefull neighbourhood. Beaches are not far away from apartment, easy and reachable on foot. Everything is new and clean inside of apartment. Host is kind and communicative, everything is just great. All recommendation.

We had no problem finding the place, the driveway leads up a very steep hill, where you will park, and then you need to go down another steep hill (with a rental car that was not completely OK, we did not dare to drive down, I think we would not go back😀). Cozy clean rooms with balconies with access to the terrace, where you have dedicated sun loungers with absolutely amazing sea views 😍 There is also the possibility of renting umbrellas that you can take to the beach. Access to the sea is not the easiest, but there are other beaches in close proximity. Near the accommodation there is also a shop, tourist info center, bakery and stall with fruits and vegetables. There is no drinking water, you need to buy barrels of water for drinking and cooking at a nearby store. We washed the dishes in the tap water. Emil is a very nice and helpful host, thank you for a great time and unforgettable views 😊

This is my got place now whenever i will be in Montenegro. The family is very helpful and polite. They cooked us delicious meals as per our request it was just lovely!! Definitely the best hospitality i have ever received, definitely will recommend this place!!!

The apartment is beautiful – modern, spacious and extremely clean, with a wonderful and pleasant energy. It has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is super friendly, helpful and always available for any help. The location is great – close to the sea, with everything you might need in the immediate vicinity, from shops to restaurants. The beaches in the area are among the most beautiful ones I've seen. Any recommendations!

The apartment was exactly as described and looked like the photos. Clean, open space, well stocked kitchen, and gorgeous view of the sea. The highlight and main attraction of the apartment is the private sea access. The host was friendly and responsive. Peaceful place to spend a holiday. Thanks for having us! Note for digital nomads specifically: WiFi was slow, which made it difficult to work from the apartment. Not many coffee shops or spaces to work from. You will definitely need a car or mode transportation. Food delivery and Uber/equivalent not available.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

Beautiful surroundings, hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. Free private parking, good air conditioning, beautiful view from the terrace. The private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is very close, which is rocky, beautiful, suitable for diving. The bakery, shop and other beaches are easily accessible on foot. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we really liked everything.

We've been here for the second time now. It was a wonderful vacation again! Communication was great and the check in and check out was super flexible! The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is of course the highlight with a wonderful view of the sea. Here we have been able to watch many sunsets. Highly recommend! We'll be back.

We loved our stay at Cherie's place! It was so easy to communicate with them, they were very helpful with tips and locations to visit around. The place was nice, cozy and clean. I really like that she uses Eco detergents :) And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

The ground-floor apartment was nice, and the host gave clear instructions. Everyone was helpful. However, we were missing some basic items like paper towels and a coffee maker. There were a few bugs in the apartment due to nearby trees. On the positive side, there were fresh fruits available nearby, and the family restaurant next door offered tasty food and liqueurs.
