Dear Guests, welcome! This little apartment is bright and tranquil gem hidden in small fisherman's village called Kakrc - a cluster of old stone houses, laying on the one of the best spots between Boka Bay and Adriatic Sea, where the most popular seaside towns are within easy reach. A really calm, hidden area with unbelievable views, scents and sunsets. If you like these joys, this is a place for you to be!
“Rest exceeded our expectations. The house is located in a fishing village. We had a rest in March, and were the only residents in the entire district! At our disposal was an apartment (this is a third of the house), a balcony, a veranda, a pier and a boat !!!! On which Marco allowed us to swim for free. This was great! For those who are looking for a secluded vacation with gorgeous views, sunrises and sunsets, the ringing of bells from a church island, the night lights of Tivat on the opposite bank ... The house has everything you need for life. A lot of good crockery, cutlery, a beautiful stove with an oven, a refrigerator, towels and bed linen. There were no difficulties, on the contrary, it was a pleasure. Marco was very kind, met us with fruits and drinks, answered all the questions, was always on the Internet. We had problems with the way home due to the closure of the borders due to the Coronovirus epidemic, and Marco helped us with calls to the embassy, hired a taxi before the transfer, which was very nice. We will be happy to return to this house again!”

“Absolutely wonderful place: clean, light and cozy. Eleonora and Goran are very friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us to find an awesome driver. (It's important, because houses in Donji Stolive don't have numbers). Many thanks. The apartments are very conveniently located. They are close to the sea. It was very good when the weather was + 36 C. Aroma Market - five minutes on foot. There you can buy fresh bread for breakfast. A bus stop is also nearby. So, it's perfect place for the rest. Highly recommend! And one more thing! There you can see dolphins from the window. :) Wonderful place: clean, bright and comfortable. Eleanor and Goran are very friendly, kind, willing to help. They helped find the perfect driver. (This is important: at home in Share Stoliv without numbers) Thank you very much! The apartments themselves are very conveniently located. Near the sea. It pleased when it was + 36 C. Aroma-market - a five-minute walk. There you can buy fresh bread for breakfast. A bus stop is also nearby. All in all, a great place to stay. Highly recommend. And yet, from the window you can see dolphins. :)”

“Just back from a fantastic weeks stay with Maja. Never met her personally but her communication whilst there was brilliant, updated us often and her family were so welcoming. Lovely to have the sea right outside the apartment which you don’t get if you stay in old town Kotor. Beautiful view especially during sunset. The apartment is in shade during the morning but we found this helpful as we explored different areas of Montenegro in the morning and timed it to relax in the sun all afternoon/early evening. We hired a car which id definitely advise and Maja recommended the Vrmac walk which is worthwhile for the incredible views of the bay. Would highly recommend a stay here.”
