Vacation rentals with beach access in Montenegro

Everything was very nice for us from the moment we entered the house. He even made us forget a bad trip with his gesture. The conversation, the view was very beautiful. Having a private parking lot made my days in Kotord very easy. We did not use the beach, but it was very convenient to use. Cleaning and all our needs were taken care of. We were able to reach Mr. Sedat whenever we wanted and he helped us a lot. Thank you

Wonderful place to stay to explore Kotor. Communicative and friendly host. Nice and spacious living room. Perfect location within Old Town, private and safe. We only stayed for 3 nights and did not use the kitchen, but it is well equipped and clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to see in Kotor and plenty of boat tours with easy access from Old Town. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Branislava's appartment. The house is very well kept and the view over the bay from the patio was beautiful. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a hot day of sightseeing. The walk to Kotor is about 1 hour but is all on the flat so well worth doing later in the day.

Nikoleta was so extremely helpful with the thorough check in instructions she sent through prior to our stay, making the check in process stress free and easy. Nikoletas apartment had the most breathtaking views and was nice and modern, clean and in a great location.

Lidija’s a great host - very helpful. Location is good - just a few hundred metres from Old Town so you can escape the hustle and bustle. I was travelling solo snd felt totally safe in the area. Washing machine an added bonus. Noise from garbage pick up early morning only negative. Would definitely recommend. Taraca restaurant across the road a must. Apartment has all the amenities you will need. Thanks - see you next visit.

Perfect for our purposes. Best area for Kotor Bay, easy to reach by car or bus. The views are stunning!

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Alex was amazing and so kind, he recommended many places for us for eating, shopping and sightseeing and even offered to drive us to some places for free. very welcoming and always greeted us when we saw him outside.

The Forest of Fluta is a beautiful and family-friendly place, where you can enjoy the lush greenery and the majestic olive trees that give the area a truly magical atmosphere. Highly recommended

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

good view, in front of the house is a football field on which children often play, that's just part of this village, you have to walk a few meters downhill to get to the lake and walk past the beautiful church. supermarket and tourist info just a few meters away. all important tourist info brochures can be found in the apartment, very nice apartment, beautiful view

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!
