Great location, 5 minutes to the sea, 2 minutes to the market. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

Rafal was easy to communicate with. The apartment is even better than the description and pictures. Everything is clean, and you have enough of a kitchen to make easy meals. The view outside and short walk to the water is an incredible feature. There are a few great restaurants nearby and walking along the waterfront is a beautiful experience. There is a grocery store that is about a 25 minute walk, and there aren't taxis in the village. You'll need a rental car or to connect with a taxi from Bar or Ulcinj to get around beyond the nearby restaurants. Ask Rafal for taxi info. There is a professional laundry service in Ulcinj that was helpful to find and the town is beautiful.

The apartment is as described. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The building is about a year old and is in a district of Bar/Susanj that's undergoing a LOT of new development. Everything is new, including the street that the building is on. :D The apartment is well-equipped with everything you'll need for any length of stay. Even though it's not a large space, it's laid out well and never felt cramped. The proximity to the waterfront and beach is excellent. Cross the main street, and you're there. Great ocean view from the balcony too! There's an excellent Aroma supermarket practically next door, along with other shopping and dining options either way down the main road. Bar city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. Marina made check-in and check-out easy and painless. There were no problems or issues, so there was no need for to contact each other during the month. I can definitely recommend it and will probably be staying here for short stints soon. :)

Very modern flat and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and views of the mountain, sea and town from the balcony were fabulous. Lovely to arrive and have toilet rolls, tea and some coffee already bought. Despite being on the 9th floor the lifts were very efficient. Area is quiet with lots of shops and restaurants within a 5m walk (or less).

It was the most beautiful vacation I’ve ever had in my life. I went with my girlfriend, whom I love more than anything, and we had the best holiday of our lives. The host, Oleg, is a wonderful person, and his wife is also amazing. Montenegro was the most beautiful place for a vacation. We felt like we were in paradise. It’s a place everyone should visit at least once in their life.

Amazing stay, beautiful views and lovely house! Always available to respond to any questions we had and responded within 10 minutes max. Definitely recommend this house to those visiting!

This Airbnb has been absolutely perfect for my family holiday. Velipojë is a beautiful location with a great boulevard, lots of restaurants, and lovely beaches. The Airbnb was exactly as described with lots of useful utilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, WiFi, brilliant AC , etc.), making it homely for the whole family. The private parking and grounds are great. Nikolin is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any vacation - as a couple, an individual, or as a family. We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay in Bar. Really close to the sea and all necessary shops and markets. A variety of restaurants nearby. Own barbecue zone and a place to eat outside. Amazing view. We were kindly permitted to check in earlier and leave later, which was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

We had a fabulous few days here. What a little gem. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. Sandra was close at hand and very responsive if we needed advice but we still had our privacy. The property is ideally situated. Close to Old Town but far enough away in a tranquil setting to enjoy a few hours by the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I had a great stay at Stefan’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony — it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was quiet but still close enough to everything I needed. Stefan was a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend this place!
