Apartments are located in the green Ultsin area with a beautiful view on the Small beach and Old fortress opens. Distance from apartment to the sandy Small beach of only 100 m. Apartments are provided for placement up to 6 people. They have all necessary conditions for comfortable rest.There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the market аnd cafe within walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances and ware.There are big living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the house is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
