Condo vacation rentals in Ulcinj

Ivica's place was great. It's near the city center of Bar, close to the large Voli supermarket which is the best grocery store I've found in Montenegro and close to the beach promenade. I slow travel which means I do a fair amount of cooking, Ivica's place was well stocked with everything I needed to cook and bake. The only thing the apartment didn't have that I wanted was a freezer so be aware of that.

I stayed with my 3 year old and the apartment was great for the two of us. The kitchen is not big but has all of the amenities, the dishwasher and a big refrigerator. The bathroom was very clean with a washing machine and a really nice shower. The place also has a nice terrace with a couple chairs and a coffee table. The building itself is great as well, accessible staff at reception at all times.

Great spot away from the main town. Very peaceful with a lovely view from the rooftop. Bar is a great place to pause your journey.

Дуже ввічливі і добрі господарі, швидко допомогають вирішити проблему яка виникла.Апартаменти великі, гарні і чисті. Зручна територія для паркування автомобіля.

Останавливались на 5 ночей, квартира уютная, хорошо оборудована, удобные спальные места, отличная веранда. Пешком можно дойти до пляжа. Есть свое парковочное место. Находится в отдалении от шумных улиц, в окнах вид на хвойные деревья и горы, и даже виден кусочек моря. Путешественникам на машине - рекомендуем! Если вы без машины - ищите места ближе к транспорту и магазинам :)

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.

Really enjoyed staying at Nives apartment. Location is great, everything is close. There were 3 adults and 2 little children and the space was enough for everyone

Mina was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The apartment is a perfect stop in your travels. It’s clean, has a comfy bed, and has a washer and dryer. The price was more than fair for our stay and we would happily stay again.

Апартаменты Саши были отличной находкой для нашей семьи. Саша совершенно замечательный хозяин, внимательный, дружелюбный, заботливый. Он встретил нас на вокзале и привез в апартаменты. Дом был чистым, хорошо подготовленным. Саша отвез меня в магазин для первых покупок, подарил вино нам и вкусное печенье детям. Для нас были важны велосипеды, и он их нам организовал в том количестве, которое нам было нужно. Он рассказал, какой маршрут лучше выбрать для велопоездки в Старый Бар и к Старой маслине. Нам было приятно познакомиться с семьей Саши, они все светлые дружелюбные люди. Сестра Саши приносила нам свежий инжир, Саша предлагал нам угощаться виноградом, который растет на террасе. Саша устроил нам незабываемую поездку-приключение в уединенную бухту и приготовил для нас волшебный ужин с рыбой. Мы прекрасно провели время в доме Саши и будем рады вернуться. Спасибо, Саша!!!

Antonela’s place is very modern, beautifully decorated and full of light space. It is in an older mid century town centre in the building with authentic retro feel. It is close to cafes , restaurants, entertainment and nice beach. Antonela is easy to communicate to, very responsive and always ready to help. I had very pleasant stay and was sad to leave.

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Spent about 2 weeks at this place and both the apartment and the location were great. Jelena is a great host always willing to help!

Our stay with Branka was simply beautiful! Branka is the sweetest Host we ever had, she always made us feel very welcomed and helped us with whatever we needed. The Apartment itself was small but charming. Even though it is clearly very old and run down we felt very comfortable. Our biggest highlight was the beautiful beach that is 10 minutes walking from the Apartment, for us it was so much nicer than being on the main beach of Dobra Voda and easier to reach from our place. All in all we recommend the apartment and everything that includes the stay at Brankas beautiful House. (Delicious ice cream and bakery surprises, seasonal fruits from the trees of the garden and a host that makes you feel like a friend.) We hope to have the chance to come back some day!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb in Ulcinj! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attending to our needs and making sure our experience was pleasant. But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Vater von Ana war immer sehr hilfsbereit, nett und hat uns viele gute Empfehlungen gegeben was man in Bar und Umgebung machen kann! Eine große Empfehlung sind die Wasserfälle die nur einen kleinen Fußmarsch von der Unterkunft entfernt sind. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit dem Zug erreichbar und der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich gewesen, eine Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine waren auch vorhanden. Alles in allem eine Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Die Preis/Leistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Die Wohnung ist recht klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer oder eine Couch. Das war aber auf den Fotos ersichtlich und uns klar. Das Leben spielt draußen, der Außenbereich ist wunderbar. Der Esstisch draußen liegt schön schattig und es gibt eine zweite, höhere Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und Aussicht bis weit auf das Meer. Der Pool ist direkt vor der Tür, was für ein Luxus, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Besitzer sind mehr als hilfsbereit und lieb. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

Très satisfait de notre séjour avec un grand plus pour la piscine par ces fortes chaleurs et les plages surpeuplées. Un accueil très professionnel et réactif. Nous recommandons.

Die Zufahrt ist spektakulär und nur für geübte Fahrer. Es macht zunächst mal einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Bei näherem Hinschauen erkennt man viele billige Materialien. Die Türen und Wände sind foliert und diese löst sich z. B. am unteren Türrahmen des Badezimmers ab. Auch die Passgenauigkeit von Schranktüren etc. lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist karg ausgestattet. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck und weder Toaster noch Kaffeemaschine. Die Lautstärke aus den benachbarten Apartments ist unaufdringlich, aber wenn nebenan gekocht wird, überträgt sich der Geruch auf das eigene Apartment. Toller Ausblick und Baden im klaren Wasser des Adriatischen Meeres sind neben der Sauberkeit ein großer Vorteil der Anlage. Gefreut haben wir uns jeden Morgen auf das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt ist sehr gering, aber jeden Tag wurden wir mit vielerlei Kreationen von Gebratenem, Gebackenem und Salaten neu überrascht. Großes Lob an das Personal: sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Это место определено входит в мои топ 3 мест где я был. Отличная, чистая квартира, в которой есть абсолютно все, для того чтобы жить. Ни разу не было мысли, что чего то не хватает. Квартира современная, все работает. Очень свежая, как будто ремонт делали вчера. Прекрасный вид с балкона на овечек, павлинов, фазанов. Татьяна просто самый замечательный арендодатель который только может быть. Подсказала где зарегистрироваться как туристам, дала все необходимые бумаги. Быстро решала все вопросы и всегда отвечала очень быстро. Спасибо ей огромное! Если когда нибудь еще будем в городе Бар, в первую очередь будем рассматривать именно эту квартиру для проживания.

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass es ein Ort ist, der ihm und seiner Familie wichtig ist - und genau so lässt es sich hier leben. Wir konnten als vierköpfige Familie gut und bequem dort schlafen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und hochwertig. Noch nie hatte ich Silit-Pfannen in einer Ferienwohnung. Martin ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter und engagierter Gastgeber, der sich um alles bestens gekümmert hat und die ganze Kommunikation war vorbildlich. Besonders zu betonen ist auch die sehr große Sauberkeit, etwas das mir sehr wichtig ist und woran es andernorts mangelt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch, im Ort selbst muss man als Fußgänger und im Auto mit dem Verkehr gut aufpassen. Die Velika Plaža ist ein toller Strand (auch für Kinder), das Restaurant Il Galeone in der Nähe sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung!
