A large, cosy rustic 1 room cabin with separate electric shower & toilet, & kitchenette. King size bed. Stunning countryside views, set in a private animal paddock at the top of our garden. Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

WiFi now unlimited. This really is the most beautiful of getaways - The space is beautifully decorated, cosy and clean. There is a log burner in the living room (logs provided) and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. Easily accessible, under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Musicians and Writers find this a useful retreat to work in. There is a Zappi charger for electric cars Dogs are not allowed in the bnb. Not suitable for children or babies
