We had a 3 week stay and it was just fabulous! The balcony is the best part of the house. The view from balcony is much much better than what you get to see in pictures. We kept thinking if we could extend our stay. No one in my family felt like going back. House has great positive vibes! Bushra is truly an awesome host. She was always available for almost all the things whenever required during our 3 week stay! I certainly want to go back and stay in the same house in near future. If u want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city yet close to move around by car and see all the tourist place then this is the place to be in! Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain retreat! The location is absolutely stunning—perched in the hills with breathtaking scenic views all around. Waking up to the sunrise each morning was truly magical. The peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and panoramic landscapes made it the perfect escape from the city. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the host was welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and soak in nature’s beauty

The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

I rarely leave reviews but this villa was absolutely amazing! It was so better & more stunning than the pictures could show. You can't really get the vibes from photos, but trust me, it offers an stunning 270° view of the mountains and valley. It's incredibly peaceful and privately built on a hilltop side with just a few other homes nearby. That gets you amazing chilly breezes in the morning & can really enjoy your evenings outdoors. Our group of 8, relaxed in 4 rooms, with extra bedding in most of them. My family loved having the flexibility & facilities to cook our own meals. Mr. Joshi was a fantastic help, assisting with chores and arranging mid time snacks whenever needed.We didn't ask him to cook much since we're pretty good cooks ourselves, but he was always there to lend a hand. And seriously, his tea is phenomenal – we became instant fans! We're already plur next trip back, hopefully soon. A big thank you to Prince for accommodating us and adjusting special request of cake....

Absolutely loved our stay here! The peaceful and scenic surroundings were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms and washrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Diksha was super responsive and provided clear instructions, making our check-in seamless. The real highlight was the incredible cooking by the caretaker's wife! 🍴 Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and satisfying. Bhagwan Das, the caretaker, was also very supportive and helpful. The property is well-laid out, with a spacious kitchen and dining area on the first floor and cozy rooms on the second floor. The beds were excellent, and the washrooms were big and clean. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the balcony's unique perk - we got to witness a hot air balloon activity up close! 🌟 We were mesmerized by the breathtaking views from the comfort of our own home. We're just 700 meters from the lake, with a great market along the way for daily essentials and medical shops.

**The guest house name should be displayed on signage—I didn’t see any boards mentioning it.** The house itself is amazing, offering a peaceful and friendly atmosphere that makes it well worth the booking price. However, the kitchen is quite small for a large family occupying four rooms, and some plumbing work needs immediate attention. Additionally, it would be great if washrooms could be attached to the two ground-floor rooms, similar to the upstairs setup. The garden is a highlight, filled with local fruits, chirping birds, and lush greenery—absolutely excellent! The caretakers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest, always willing to assist in any way they can.

Saddam is a very great host and we really enjoyed our stay at his place. The view from the room upstairs was very relaxing. The house is not very far from the Dhela and Jhirna gates if going towards Jim Corbett. Nainital is a 2 hours drive away. We also really enjoyed the Halva prepared for us the second day. It was a wonderful experience for my entire family. The place was clean, the caretaker was helpful and accommodating. All the basic Amenities were available and the owner was extremely helpful to provide us with necessary kitchen use too. There are a lot of activities and adventure parks near the area and naukluchiatal(lake) is also 5mins drive from the house. Overall, we loved our stay.

The host was veryyy nice. She was always there whenever I required help. The place was clean and comfortable. The view was also beautiful. I have no complaints with the place or the host or the services. Only one recommentation to the guests, this place is 10kms away from Nainital so if you are planning to commute by bike and with females then I will advice you to book a place near to Nainital.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days. The place was easily located and exactly as showed in pictures. Home cooked food was delicious and Kamal and Prem were both available at all times for anything we needed. The garden space was beautiful amidst nature - fave part of the place where one can have a cup of tea amidst nature and mountains. I was traveling with my dog and she had a great time too. It is a fenced house and she had access to the whole place. Would definitely visit again!

My stay at this cozy mountain property was an absolute delight. The interior of the place was beautiful and made it felt like a home away from home. The property location is amazing, so calm and peaceful amidst of mountains. One should definitely take a walk down the village there for beautiful views. The host was super responsive and friendly. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The place itself was charming and cozy, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. What truly sets this apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality provided by Shivani Ji. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that stood out to me was how accessible Shivani Ji was throughout my visit. Whether it was recommending local eateries or offering assistance with any issues that arose, she was always just a call away, which gave me peace of mind knowing that help was readily available if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!
