Great place for the group outing, by the road with river in front and Prashant was also really helpful. We ordered food prepared by the care takers and the price was also reasonable. We also used kitchen. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved was, as kitchen was also used by caretakers it was little bit cluttered at times. None the less we had a great time, Pari tal trek was awesome and will visit again definitely

Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for our large group, offering clean and spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated everyone. The location was fantastic, especially being so close to Kainchi Dham, which was a highlight of our trip. We were particularly impressed with the delicious food provided – it was a real treat! Parking was ample, easily fitting our three cars, which was a huge plus. A special thank you to Kailash, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. And to Shubham, the host, for his sweet and welcoming demeanor; he made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this property for large families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely return!

we had a very pleasant stay at this four bedroom Buransh Terraces. The location was scenic and peaceful with exquisite views from rooms as well as dining area. The caretaker "Mahesh" was welcoming and supportive in catering our needs. The food was also homely.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The peaceful and scenic surroundings were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms and washrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Diksha was super responsive and provided clear instructions, making our check-in seamless. The real highlight was the incredible cooking by the caretaker's wife! 🍴 Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and satisfying. Bhagwan Das, the caretaker, was also very supportive and helpful. The property is well-laid out, with a spacious kitchen and dining area on the first floor and cozy rooms on the second floor. The beds were excellent, and the washrooms were big and clean. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the balcony's unique perk - we got to witness a hot air balloon activity up close! 🌟 We were mesmerized by the breathtaking views from the comfort of our own home. We're just 700 meters from the lake, with a great market along the way for daily essentials and medical shops.

I recently stayed at a beautiful place in Bhimtal, hosted by Anil, and it was an amazing experience. Saddam is a very great host and we really enjoyed our stay at his place. The view from the room upstairs was very relaxing. The house is not very far from the Dhela and Jhirna gates if going towards Jim Corbett. Nainital is a 2 hours drive away. We also really enjoyed the Halva prepared for us the second day. The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

The best Airbnb I have stayed in. Very clean and fully functional property. The view from the lawn is just awesome. It is the perfect getaway from the touristy locations. The staff who lives in the property are very helpful. I fully recommend.

It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

Mahira and her staff is very responsible, helpful, and soft spoken. I will positively recommend for Mahira place.

If you are going with more than 4 people & would like to have a home like feeling, this is the place you can opt for. The place is as beautiful as described & available in photos, the caretaker + cook is really helpful & cook nice food.

Beautiful BnB located at walking distance from the lake. It offers a nice view of the lake right from your room window & a huge balcony. Our host was very responsive and polite. And caretaker Umesh Bhatt ji was also very polite, responsive and helpful. The house was neat and clean with all necessities and basic amenities in working condition. Since I’m from mountains I understand that having a private parking is a privilege and so even though we had to park the car on roadside, I knew it was safe & secure. The Wi-Fi had great speed and we also had power backup for when power went off. All on all, highly recommend stay for anyone looking for a serene & quiet place in Bhimtal.

You need to step down n go in home 2. start with sofa cum bed in hall for a couple 3. kitchen was good n much things u can get rest near by people are too helpful 4. clean bathrooms both identical 5 second room on stairs up and need to go from inside only 6. if u wanna wake with sun kiss its best to sleep on above one u ll get it on 5-5:30 am if need to keep sleepy then put curtains 😂 Suggestions for rhythm: pls put on fan atleast on wall as sometime around its needed for 30 min to 2 hours as temp is not that low as expected Suggestions to coming guest: do maintain things its on hill if made some mess in home u ll get result in home with insects n things so dont mess the home its a nature loving stay and clean so keep it as it is full airy home and quiet to spend in and enjoy indoor games but u need to carry indoor items

It was one of the best place we experienced in our 40 plus days of India travel vacation. The place was exactly the way it was described in the advertisement and pictures. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful. The caretaker was one of the best in every respect in responding to our needs. Excellent cook with great food experience. Always available to our needs. Strongly recommend this place for family stay or friends get together. Parking available at the premises.

We were a group of friends and family visited this place. The view of snowcapped mountains from this beautiful property blown us away. The place is also beautifully done. staring from the furniture, light shades, the books in the shelf all speaks the taste of the owner. lastly the stuffs headed by Mr Negi was extremely helpful. They cook great tasty food whatever you order. They also obliged us to lit the fireplace which is an unique experience to us. Except the entrance which is little stiff climb of 100 meters rest all are good to this place. I wish to come back again sometime later.

Every corner felt warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The plush lawn area quickly became a favorite spot for our family—whether it was morning tea, evening chats, or just soaking in the serenity. A special shoutout to Ravindra and Karan, the amazing caretaker and cook, who made our stay extra memorable. His homely food was delicious and comforting, and his warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. Our parents and child enjoyed every bit of it—we all left with happy hearts and memories to cherish. Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

The place is absolutely mind blowing. Only problem is getting option of food, however the care taker is extremely helpful and he keep the property super clean.
