We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb property in Nainital. The owner went above and beyond by organizing an amazing bonfire party, which made our evenings unforgettable. The staff were extremely cooperative and attentive to our needs. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Nainital!

I just returned from an incredible adventure at Da Alohas Homestay, and I couldn't wait to share my experience with you. From the moment we arrived, the team at Da Alohas made us feel like cherished guests. The hospitality was top-notch, and it truly set the tone for our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that offers breathtaking views. I must say, enjoying lunch with such an amazing backdrop was a highlight of our trip. The scenery is so picturesque that it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. The chef at Da Alohas is a culinary genius! Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The peaceful and scenic surroundings were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms and washrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Diksha was super responsive and provided clear instructions, making our check-in seamless. The real highlight was the incredible cooking by the caretaker's wife! 🍴 Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and satisfying. Bhagwan Das, the caretaker, was also very supportive and helpful. The property is well-laid out, with a spacious kitchen and dining area on the first floor and cozy rooms on the second floor. The beds were excellent, and the washrooms were big and clean. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the balcony's unique perk - we got to witness a hot air balloon activity up close! 🌟 We were mesmerized by the breathtaking views from the comfort of our own home. We're just 700 meters from the lake, with a great market along the way for daily essentials and medical shops.

the place was good and spacious but have some suggestions 1. please get things fixed like door lock and water taps 2. please groom current caretaker or hire a good cook otherwise the stay was perfect. big spacious rooms and daily cleaning services. the food was ok. I would have liked if they could offer some local food options. best wishes.

This place is worth the money spent. Pros - has a well maintained garden and ample open space to sit back and relax. Parking is in the property itself. Spacious rooms, full fledged kitchen, we made our own meals. Clean bathrooms. Feels like a home. Cons - Tricky and steep road to the property. But it’s already mentioned in the description so can’t complain. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only thing required is a good driver and a high ground clearance car.

**The guest house name should be displayed on signage—I didn’t see any boards mentioning it.** The house itself is amazing, offering a peaceful and friendly atmosphere that makes it well worth the booking price. However, the kitchen is quite small for a large family occupying four rooms, and some plumbing work needs immediate attention. Additionally, it would be great if washrooms could be attached to the two ground-floor rooms, similar to the upstairs setup. The garden is a highlight, filled with local fruits, chirping birds, and lush greenery—absolutely excellent! The caretakers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest, always willing to assist in any way they can.

This was our very first Airbnb stay and what an incredible experience it was! Nestled in the heart of Nainital, Sarang’s property felt like a second home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully furnished, and radiates warmth. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Sarang himself an exceptional host. Attentive, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, he ensured we were comfortable in every way. A special mention must go to Mr. Chandan, the caretaker though “caretaker” doesn’t do justice to what he does. He is an all-round expert from delicious home-style cooking to perfectly presenting meals, keeping the home spotless, and attending to every little need with a smile. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, homely, and memorable getaway. We left with full hearts, warm memories, and a promise to return soon.

All stated amenities were there: The host(Suraj) was responsive. Your can request amenities and in room dining by scanning the qr code.The food was also decent. Really felt like home. Place was quiet and view the from balcony was also good😊.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout. Location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

Tucked away from the chaos of Nainital it offers a peaceful and scenic environment that feels like a breath of fresh air. We were traveling with our pet so finding a pet-friendly place was important and this one truly delivered. The area is serene and ideal for long, relaxing walks surrounded by beautiful views. It’s the kind of place where you can simply enjoy nature take in the fresh mountain air and feel completely at ease. Highly recommended for those who love quiet escapes, nature walks, and traveling with their furry companions.

It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

I had an amazing stay at Shantanu’s property, which is surrounded by true nature and offers a warm, homely environment. The hospitality provided by Shantanu and his team—BuBu, Aman, and Kamal—was exceptional, making the experience even more special. A special mention to the adorable dogs, Bholu and Neena, who added so much joy to the stay! I truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful service. Looking forward to visiting again!

Really loved this lakefront place. The rooms have a nice heritage charm, super clean and thoughtfully done. Everything you might need is already there. It’s a big property right by the lake with plenty of open space to just sit back and relax. What I liked most is that it’s a bit away from the busy parts of town, so it’s peaceful, which can be hard to find around here. The dining area is spacious and chill, perfect for hanging out. Since it's right by the lake, there is always a nice cool breeze, which I personally loved. And in person, Suraj and Pradeep are such warm, friendly hosts. They really look after everything and make sure you are comfortable. Would definitely come back and happily recommend it to others!😊

The place was really beautiful but the food was not up to the mark. So you should definitely go for the stay and eat outside and everything is walkable so that’s a win win situation.

The best getaway we could have managed! We were 4 ladies & we felt so welcomed, comfortable & looked after during our stay. The cabin is by design quaint & beautiful. The atmosphere with the stream just below & mountains all around is breathtaking. That’s about the place. The people.. well, in one word amazing. The host Vaibhav was honest and straightforward even before we booked & clarified our doubts & concerns. Before we reached he was on call all the time to brief about the route & places to eat etc. The staff ...Prakashji is an all in one person with a subtle sense of humor too. We owe him a lot. Nitesh was there to help with any running around at all times. A special thanks to both Prakashji and Vaibhav as we had left some expensive items behind and they made sure we got them as soon as possible. A minor issue is the telephone network. Hardly any signal inside the house. But the wifi works. In all a marvellous experience and will surely visit again!!

Here is my review of this beautiful place. Response rate- Akshat is highly responsive. whatever your queries are, he will respond you in max 10 mins. Checkin - Before checkin, be mindful that you will have to trek for almost 15 mins and then you will reach the location. The trek is smooth not as such difficult. However, if you are travelling with elderly parents or u r going back at night - u need to be careful. Bablu the caretaker, was again highly responsive and active. He helped us in smooth checkin. He was 24*7 available. About Location and Property - Words cannot describe the beauty of that place and that cabin. We just did not want to leave the room and roam around because we were so much awe struck. The property was completely cleaned and all equipments were working. Though geaser behaved strange but that's fine. Cons- Food was great. Cooked by Bablu. However, the charges were off. I would suggest not to order food from there. Ovrall, 10/10 experience. Worth evry penny

Loved my stay, Clean room, great offbeat location and great, homemade food, The hosts Aman and his friend were warm and extremely hospitable. Highly recommend, also there a nice little trail if you like to hike.
