Family-friendly vacation rentals in Uddevalla Municipality

We, two families with five children, had an unforgettable time with Annika and Jonas. The house was large and superbly equipped. Annika welcomed us right after arrival and gave us some tips for the area. The fantastic beach, hot tub and sauna on the sea are a great luxury after a long day of excursions. We highly recommend this place and hope we can come back soon.

Amazing space that is really recommended!! We have been here now for 5 days, 3 girlfriends with children aged 4-19. Everyone had a great time, big and small, and there's something for everyone. Large and plenty of room in the house, 4 large bedrooms with good beds. A lovely large garden with lots of opportunities for play and fun. The highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. The host has been incredible from day 1. Clear instructions, quick to respond to messages . Not to mention the help. We struggled a bit to figure something out on the pool, he then sent over a person who came and fixed this the first day . I sent him a message asking if he had a vacuum for the pool. He didn't have this, but the next day there was a brand new vacuum for the pool on the porch. We will be more than happy to come back and highly recommend this great place. This week has been great! The host is absolutely incredible - 10/10

We stayed in Bram's house for 1 week and felt very comfortable! The location is perfect for relaxing and as a starting point for excursions! For the 2 of us, the house was actually too big, you could easily stay there with 4-6 people. We liked the view, the tranquility, the hot tub and the table tennis table best. The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes by car, and there is EVERYTHING there! If you drive into the housing estate, you are greeted by the "neighbors" in a friendly way when passing by 😁despite foreign car license plates!! We thought that was great and of course we waved back friendly👋 Bram and Anneli were totally nice hosts and responded promptly when we wrote. We give 5 out of 5 stars because it is a mega accommodation in a fantastic spot!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our time here - easily one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. We were travelling with two other families (six young children) and there was plenty of space and activities for us all to do. Annika and Jonas were so kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend and looking forward to coming back to stay.

The cabin of Peter and Jenny is cozy and lovingly furnished, the garden is great, he offered our children delicious berries to pick, a trampoline and swing to play and streams and a waterfall to discover and rabbits to cuddle. Jenny and Peter were great hosts, they were very kind and accommodating. We felt right at home. Thanks so much for the great memories!

It was very clean, instructions were clear, the view from the living room was amazing, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and we loved the jacuzzi. The house is free of clutter and very personal stuff so we felt right at home! I recommend going for an ice cream in "Glass i Limhall" (selfservice, takes Swish & Vipps) and to shop groceries in ICA Skärhamn (much bigger than ICA Kållekärr).

We had a wonderful week here and Christina was very nice and quick in all communication. One big advantage was that everything we needed was in place and we were allowed to use pantry and consumables, which made the stay easy! We were a large group of 9 people (three families) and we had to think a little to distribute the bedrooms, which meant that we experienced it a little "crowded", but everything can be planned if you are prepared. The deck by the house is amazing! It is a bit to get to swimming, so a car is recommended. We can highly recommend Christina and her house!

Short distance to the sea, nice cottage with annex. Even when it was blowing heavily, we could sit outside and enjoy, and we would gladly come back.

We had a great stay at Fjällbacka. Beautiful view and we felt very welcome. Only stayed one night, but would happily come back!

An absolutely authentic Swedish summer house in a fantastic and secluded location directly on the lake. For us exactly what we were looking for! You can always find a sun or shadow seating area and always have magnificent lake views from the inside through the many windows. The charming house has a lot of coziness and the spacious sauna/bathroom/guest house was also very clean and has a nice sauna. Afterwards, you can cool off in the protected lake area in front of the islet. A house designed and grown with love and personal touch of Holger and his family, where even the wheelbarrow was ready for luggage for the last piece from the parking lot to the house. Around the house there is space for outdoor games and the lake offered for the sup. The communication with Alfred was straightforward and very nice. And you have wifi! If you are looking for real Swedish summer house holidays and atmospheric sunsets, this is the place to be, you will enjoy and relax. We would have preferred to have stayed.

The location is gorgeous! The views and the great sunsets are simply fantastic. The house is very well equipped. There's nothing missing. Communication with Kristian was very good. The house is highly recommended!

Fantastic accommodation and Eva is a very nice host. Wonderful terrace with sun and view of the sea. Perfect for those who want to get away for a while and enjoy the magical west coast. The accommodation is small but very cozy and has everything you might need. By car, you can easily reach various nice excursion destinations and coastal towns with lovely surroundings, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

A nice, and very personal house with the most beautiful view of the archipelago from the terrace, living room/kitchen and the double bedroom. Good starting point for hiking, for example, on Härön and in the sculpture park on Pilane and for cycling on the many fine bike paths on Tjörn.

We had a fantastic stay in Rönnäng! Already upon arrival, we felt so welcome. Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated and just like (or better than!) the pictures showed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and small details like fresh flowers and local tips really made a difference. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful and close to the sea and restaurants. Rolf was also incredibly helpful, quick with responses and genuinely concerned that we would enjoy ourselves. We would not hesitate to book again, this place has set the bar high for future trips. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

It's an amazing place. Everything we needed was there. We were greeted by the host and shown around and explained everything we needed to know about the place. The kids had a good time in the pool and there were large terraces on both sides of the house with good sun loungers. If we had any questions, we got a quick response. We are very pleased with our stay.

Good place to explore the area. Unique is the hot tub and sauna next to the cottage that you have for yourself. Parents gratefully used it but children also liked the hot tub very much, with wood stoking so start on time. The owner makes it available free of charge! The children can play well in the garden and there are toys for the children, garden also nice to play. The cottage itself does not have beautiful views, you are in the garden of the owners, but that is not experienced as an obstacle for us. The area certainly offers beautiful views. Good in the middle with Smogen, other villages and nice hiking trails. On the other side of the canal (1 km away) there are very nice routes on the left. Also been around by bike but there are no bike paths in the immediate vicinity. Hostess, friendly and helpful!
