In the heart of Orust, you live here comfortably in airy rooms of about 110 sqm with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a smaller kitchen, cozy sleeping loft, 2 beautiful bedrooms and extra sleeping places in the two sofa beds. One bathroom with massage bathtub, shower, sauna and washing machine as well as a smaller bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Private entrance and two nice patios with barbecue included. Quiet and rural setting with bike distance to lake and sea.

Seaside 30s villa

The house is located in a beautiful location with walking distance to several swimming spots (beach, cliff bath and jetty). Around the corner is an old mushroom forest and a walk away is the nature reserve Kalvön and Bokenäs Spa. By car, you can get to Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil and Grundsund. To Fiskebäckskil, it takes about 20 minutes with a car and to Gothenburg about 75 minutes. The house has two terraces and a balcony with evening sun. There is a kitchen garden with spices, vegetables and berries that you are welcome to pick from.

With us you get access to rowboat, swimming raft and barbecue area overlooking the lake. The property is located along the Bohusleden hiking trail and about 12 km from both Uddevalla and Ljungskile. The tranquility, the silence and proximity to nature will make you relax and find your inner peace. Start the day with a swim in the lake or drink your morning coffee while the sun slowly rises.

There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

Sleeps 7-10 people. 7 beds (one of which is 120 cm wide with room for 2 if you want). Also possible to sleep on the couch in the livingroom. Sheets and towels available to hire.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

It is the best of both worlds - sea and forest. 2 km to the sea and 5 km to Henån where shops, system companies, etc. The property has direct proximity to forest, trails and Orust's highest mountain. Silence and privacy. Good opportunities for walking, running, cycling tours and proximity to the rest of Bohuslän with everything it means. The cats Pipen and Leo live here, and also a small squad of chickens. Next to Signe's barn is the host couple's residence.

Fantastic surroundings for forest walks where you can pick both mushrooms and blueberries during season. Gustafsberg Sweden's oldest seaside resort is located just 200m and here goes the beautiful Strandpromenaden, designated as Sweden's most beautiful road in 2009.
