Monthly Rentals in Ubersetto

The communication was always very friendly and fast, even before arrival we were in contact with Nicola and Francesca. Upon request, we were allowed to check in earlier, which made us very happy. The apartment is very large, has a great kitchen, a large living room with balcony and a large bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the small bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. Before you arrive, have the use of the air conditioning in combination with other large devices explained to you again, so that the same thing does not happen to you as it did to us (small power failure). After a short message, Nicola suddenly stood at the door, which made us very happy. He then showed us everything again. Francesca also surprised us with a visit, both were very friendly and helpful. Since we still had an appointment on the day of departure, we asked if a later departure would be possible. That was absolutely no problem either. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Chiara's. Easy check out and in. Friendly family, apartment was immaculate and the shared pool was a great bonus in the heat :)

We stayed for one night in this apartment, I must say it was an excellent experience. The house is very clean, equipped with everything you need. Quiet location. Host always responsive. We will definitely be back. Tip!
