Small loft apartment with nice views in rural surroundings. Recently renovated. Centrally located between Stavanger and Bergen. 500 meters from E39. 20 minutes to Haugesund and Karmøy. Nice hiking areas One bedroom, small bathroom, open plan living room/kitchen. Sloping ceiling in the bathroom and parts of the living room. Small wall-mounted TV with Chromecast The apartment is located in the yard of our farm, but is experienced as private. Good parking. Shared entrance with another apartment. Suitable for accommodation on a business trip, or as a short rest stop on a holiday trip

Charming house with own private beach

Experience the great unseen from the accommodation and enjoy the tranquility of your own private beach. Take a swim in the fjord, paddle out to the nearest island 15 minutes by canoe. Private beach, with canoes, swimming opportunities and fishing. Walking distance 15 min on the footpath to colonial shop. Short way to many great hiking areas. Odda and trolltunga are 1 hour and 45 min away by car. Nedstrand with lovely mountains 40 min by car. Local mountains 3 min drive away. You live in the middle of Stavanger 1 hour and 30 minutes and Bergen 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Charming lakeside house, Bakkevig Gard Nedstrand

The house is west facing with a view to the sea and only a few meters down to the seafront. Below the house is a nice, spacious garden and on the upside lawn up to the road. The house is built around 1970, and is characterized by some retro style. Kitchen is renovated in 2024 and there is a new floor in the kitchen/living room and new windows facing south. New roof is under planning. It is possible to hire a boat and kayaks for trips on the fjord in the community. Otherwise, there are many nice hiking opportunities on foot both in the community and the district otherwise.

Grandma's Cabin

100 year old cottage with small-turned windows and beams on the ceiling. But there is also wireless internet, toilet and kitchen from the 2000s. Great view to the fjord. Large garden with splash pool that is filled by appointment. Lawn for football, badminton etc. 800 meters to walk to a well-maintained, public beach (Aksnesstranda). Alternatively, one can drive there. Nice view to the fjord. The garden has herbs, flowers, berries and fruit. The bathroom is small. It has a toilet, sink and a primitive hand shower. Electric heating, not wood burning.

Dream place for idyllic summer days

An idyllic area located by the only saltwater lock in the north that is still in use and 5 minutes walking distance from the Norwegian fjords. Here are good fishing and swimming opportunities! About 15 minutes walk to lovely public beach with vollyball court! Also possibility for boat rentals! The area offers many hiking opportunities; Himakånå, ørnå etc. as well as fishing, swimming, swimming pool and cinema in Aksdal, Avaldsnes Viking museum, frisbee court, football field and much more. A lovely place where you will find the peace of the soul

Cozy older home with annex, large garden and covered patio overlooking the fjord. The house is located in a quiet and natural residential area with a short walking distance to the beach, shop, ferry dock and hiking areas. Perfect for families, couples and groups of friends who want a quiet holiday with proximity to both nature and local amenities. Best suited for up to 8 people, but can accommodate 10 using two small children's rooms with low ceiling height. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The annex is opened for 5-10 guests.

Lovely cottage close to the sea in quiet surroundings. Here you can relax and enjoy the days with sea views and the nature outside the doors. Go to the sea to take a bath, jump from the pier, go for a walk in the woods, pick berries, or relax on the large terrace On the days of the storm, light the fire and enjoy looking at the sea. There is a fire pit on the terrace and barbecue available. Short distance to the popular trip to Himkånå, Nedstrand and the locks in Skjoldastrømmen.

Idyllic cabin with jetty

Idyllically located cabin at the shore of Grindefjorden. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the fjord. Private beach and jetty, with access to boat(summerfun) access. Charming "Southern style" cabin. The cabin is small but have what you need. And in terms of experience, it's the great outdoor areas that are used the most. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy both morning coffee and sunset when the sun sets at 22:00. Brygge has a dining group for 10.

The cabin is sunny, approx. 45 minutes drive from Haugesund. It is walking distance down to the sea with its own jetty and boathouse. Boat with motor can be rented for an addition to the price. Lots of opportunities for nearby trips.
