The farmhouse is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a calm environment. In the old part visible log walls and several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm and has new kitchen and bathroom with tiles, underfloor heating and a lovely shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

The accommodation directly on the Baltic Sea in Njurunda is something very special. Secluded and out of sight, nestled between the sea and a beautiful forest. The sauna is great, the outdoor shower is refreshing. The toilet is modern and hygienic. The friendly host showed us everything extensively and was immediately on hand for minor technical questions. We went hiking in the area every day. The nature there is really breathtakingly beautiful and varied. It really was a great stay.

Nice apartment with a super nice location right by the sea. So peaceful to sit on the balcony by the beach. Private jetty, so you can swim right outside the apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and fresh accommodation, which I recommend. We would gladly come back another time.

The location is simply fantastic, the panoramic view from the living room and bedroom is beautiful even in cool weather. Both terraces and the jetty offer great views of the lake. Using SUP was great. The access to the house, however, as indicated by Mikael, is not suitable for slightly lowered vehicles, with our VW bus no problem. We'll be back:-)

Gun was so nice to us during our stay, and the environment was so calm and peaceful. She gave us recommendations of things to do and things to eat, and it was a perfect place for us to stay. There were great views with hikes nearby as well as a swimmable beach. We will stay here again if we end up back in the area.

A very nice accommodation and quiet location on a huge yard. The apartment was sparkling clean and more than large enough for the two of us. Anna-Carin and her family were very welcoming and we even got a tour of the farm, which was very interesting. If we are in the area again, we would definitely book here again and highly recommend this place
