A very special place that is 100% Colorado pristine. Private, accommodating, easy to relax and enjoy. The cabin is lovely, the scenery is amazing! Sharon is a great host! Fishing is catch and release (barbless hooks only) and the fish I caught were between 5 and 7 inches. This is not a major fishing play, but it is an incredible place to stay and enjoy all that it has to offer! We will stay again and we recommend it to anyone!

This place was amazing ! having the hot tub by the river in the colorado breeze is amazing . i highly suggest! my party and i had arrived superrrr late, and james had made sure my party and i had made it safely . James is a good host! overall a good guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We had a great stay! Awesome location with lots of activities nearby; tubing, snowboarding, hiking and the clubhouse was great for evening swim!

We stayed 4 nights with our three kids and loved it! We loved the access to the pond for fishing/swimming. The seating area down by the creek was so nice to roast marshmallows and just chill. The cabin was comfortable and plenty of room for a family of 5. My only critique was the downstairs Queen bed was really firm and uncomfortable to us. But that is just a personal preference. The place had everything we needed/wanted for a great stay in the mountains.

We booked Adam and Anne's place for Christmas 2024 to give our kids a white Christmas. Being from South Texas, I had a lot of questions (a lot). Adam always responded quickly, kindly and thoroughly. Before we arrived at the cabin, Adam and Anne took time out of their busy lives to drive out and decorate it for Christmas for us. They put up a tree, lights and other decorations. This extra touch of kindness made our holiday so much more special. The cabin was exactly as advertised; beautiful, comfortable, clean and not far from all the fun stuff. We found it so peaceful that we spent the majority of our vacation just hanging out there. You can't go wrong booking with Adam and Anne. Thanks again for a great holiday.

Henry's Lake House beyond met our expectations! Comfortable, spacious and clean, and offers lots of spaces for families to spread out! Essentially three levels, Its nearly like 3 houses in 1! We especially loved the decks, hot tub, and the view of the pond! The surroundings/views are beautiful. We even saw a cow moose, and her baby come strolling through! Our family is looking forward to making this an annual trip!

I live in Fairplay, this is my second time booking Sandra’s house, first for visiting family, second for visiting research scientists. I will continue to book with Sandra when available. It is a beautiful, cozy house with a beautiful kitchen and views from the backyard. I cannot recommend enough!

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

We had a wonderful time in Brekenridege. Fritz's place was gorgeous. From the fireplace (and supplied wood) to the fire pit by the stream, the hot tub, the toiletries, the beautiful glasswear, pots and pans, it has anything you would ever need. It was as if it was my own house, fully stocked with every necessity. Thank you!!! It was fun seeing Momma Fox come up the stairs and cross the stream hunting for her little kits. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

My husband and I booked this home for our 19th Anniversary Trip last minute after deciding we weren’t excited about going to the beach. And boy, did we make a great choice In fact we came home thinking maybe we should move to Colorado:) Everything about this home is perfection. Stunning views in every direction. Hot tub stargazing is the perfect way to end a day exploring the mountains. Comfortable bed and furniture. We were even lucky enough to watch moose taking an afternoon swim in the community fishing pond We truly did not want to leave. If this house is on your list, just go ahead and book it, you won’t regret it.

We selected this cabin for a two-night family getaway with our two adult children to get away and just enjoy a relaxing weekend with family. We got exactly that. Anna contacted us well before our check-in to give us the information we needed to settle into the cabin quickly. The cabin was bright and welcoming, and the views from the dining room table and deck were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils to prepare a family meal, and lots of extra kitchen goodies that you almost felt like you were in your own kitchen. We enjoyed many the morning sun and stargazing on the deck. Very peaceful. The hot tub and roasting smores on the lower deck was a great way to cap off our stay. It was an all-around great cabin for hospitality, welcoming and comfortable accommodations, and just the right setting to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Had a wonderful time staying here, the cabin is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect.

Todd’s place is simply awesome. It was centrally located, close to Copper and A Basin two awesome ski mountains (also close to Brek and Keystone). The views were beautiful and being close to town with restaurants / grocery / ski rentals / etc. was awesome. I’d recommend!

We were blown away by the majestic views of the mountains from the back patio area which includes the hot tub and fire pit. We even go to see some wildlife off in the distance (on private govt land). We also enjoyed the extra things provided in the cabin, like separate towels for the hot tub, soaps, shampoo & conditioner provided. The place was very cozy & comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets, and as for the kitchen all the items one would need to cook meals and even a waffle maker! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and privacy of the whole cabin tucked away at the end of their entry road/ driveway, which is compact dirt but had no issues driving on during the month of June. We really liked the area as well from trail horseback riding at nearby Deer Valley Ranch, and plenty of hiking nearby, and lots of hot spring locations around.

Exactly what we wanted. Secluded yet close to I70 so we could get anywhere fairly quickly. Be a great place to stay if you were skiing several different mountains. Deck over looking the creek was awesome!

Stayed here with 6 people total and everyone was very comfortable. Tara provided helpful instructions and was always responsive to any questions I had. The property requires a gate code and has very little traffic once off the main road. Kitchen was spacious and the loft bedroom upstairs was super cool. We got snowed on pretty good our first night so we were very glad to be able to use the fireplace at the home! The place was very clean and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

What an incredible place. Totally secluded and a magical peaceful retreat in the woods. The hot tub and sauna were perfect and the sounds of the creek as you lay in the hammock reading. The bed was comfortable and nice touches with the espresso maker, French press and freshly baked cookies.

Our whole group (8 total) really enjoyed our "girls weekend" here. We were all blown away by the view through the huge living room windows when we first came in the back door. The place was also bigger than we expected, which was a great surprise. The house had everything we needed for a big home cooked dinner, good night's sleep, and a movie night. We also loved the deck for happy hour drinks and star viewing at night. I really appreciated how quiet of an area it is. I highly recommend this home for anyone willing to be outside of town/a 20 minute drive to Buena Vista.

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed, and it was a nice, quiet place to get away. A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the porch and our evenings stargazing in total silence—pure bliss. It’s the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. Whether you’re looking for a romantic weekend or a quiet solo retreat, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll absolutely be coming back!
