The house has a garden, with a lawn, reserved for about 200 square meters.

The villa "Il Paduletto", located in a very quiet location, despite being in the countryside, is a few minutes from the Sterpaia natural park and the beautiful beach of Carlappiano, it is close to the town of Riotorto, where there are shops and supermarket.
