We had a lovely one-night stay with our dog. The space is cosy and nicely decorated - as described in the listing. Welcome touches such as bottled water, milk, chocolate and dog treats were much appreciated. The nearby beach is beautiful and just 10 minutes’ walk away.

beautiful and peaceful! Plenty of space, easy access throughout the home (we had grandparents at 80+ with us). Dog friendly with a lovely and secure garden. Locals were also really friendly and tell people take pride and love where they live. Thank you ever so much for the stay!! ❤️

I stayed as I was meeting with people for a dog meet up, so I met with them for meals etc. Pete was there when I arrived, as I was early. He showed me around and informed me of the important bits, like the boiler. Angie popped round to check we were ok too. Everything you could need was there which was very thoughtful. It was clean and tidy. It was a perfect location, not far to drive to places locally. Lovely places to walk your dog if you have them. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Little Barn. From the moment we booked the barn Sarah was attentive and welcoming. The barn was exactly as shown in the pictures and we made good use of the outside seating area in the evenings. This stay was relaxing and gave us a chance to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Would definitely recommend!
