Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Truro

We enjoyed staying at Robert's fabulously decorated home. It is a unique home in a beautiful setting; it's not often we get to stay in a home with exotic birds, friendly ducks, and a dinosaur room. And Robert is an excellent host. It's a great location for seeing the area - many attractions within a 1-2 hour drive. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Nova Scotia.

Jay was an excellent host! Very responsive and some helpful recommendations. The location is walking distance to Tim’s, grocery story, VIA, parks and downtown. We were 6 women and there was plenty of beds and heads for us to easily get ready in the morning or for supper. (My bed was more comfortable than the one at home!) The pictures are exactly as the place is. There was even a sweet note and care package when we arrived. We all highly recommend Jay’s Palace!

Our stay was more beautiful than we could possibly have imagined. The stunning landscape right out the back never ceased taking our breath away, with some profound sunsets right over the bay. We loved sitting on the deck with our books and coffee, and especially loved walking down along the water, watching the tide go out and in. The restfulness of everything was absolutely healing and rejuvenating. Between the views, the beach, the critters (we saw the fox and some deer), the deck, and the easy communication with the host, staying here again would be a reason to revisit Nova Scotia, which is a 16 hour drive from our home! But it was totally worth it. I should also mention that there were too many amenities to take advantage of in the week we stayed there!

If you need a place to relax and enjoy the nature, this is the perfect place. Short walk from a private beach, private deck with hot tub, pretty view. Only 20 minutes away from Montague, cute little town with great restaurant and lots of place pet friendly ! We went there on a couple getaway and it was 10/10. Plus, bonus point just for being pet friendly :)

Jim and Judy was so helpful and gave great recommendation on where to eat and what beach to see. also they provided us with a National pass which convenient. Also Jim was very responsible. He responded to all our questions in a timely matter. Very cute and clean home. We would stay here again. May Ko

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying here! It is a very cute and quiet area to get away and relax. The house was stocked and had everything we needed. Overall great weekend here!

The house was very clean and comfortable. There is a very large 2pc bath/ laundry just off the kitchen that isn’t shown in pictures. The laundry appliances work very well. The hot tub and screen room in the back face the woods. Very private and peaceful. We had 6 guests and with the hot tub, the number of towels provided was challenging. Otherwise a great stay.

Amazing place, we enjoyed our weekend so much! The house is very cozy, clean and kitchen is well equipped, game room was a great addition and hot tub was exactly what we needed for full relaxation. Ryan is a great host, we will be back for sure 😃

Dean was amazing to deal with, very helpful and kind. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It smelt faintly of cigarettes when we showed up but nothing terrible and candles were lit to aid in that. The pictures are exactly what the Airbnb looked like and we would definitely come back. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun time at the cottage with a modern touches to help keep the place very comfortable. Definitely will return in the future.

Dean was a wonderful host, and his house was idyllic on an already beautiful island! my family had a great time, and we would 100% stay here again!

Jordan's villa was absolutely stunning. The expansive space had beautiful rooms, and surpassed all expectations. The photos depicted a lovely spot but it was even more incredible in person. Is is beautifully decorated, absolutely immaculate and had every possible amenity one could think of. It was a wonderful stay for us and I highly recommend a visit! It could not have been any more perfect!

Every corner felt thoughtfully curated, and it had everything we could possibly imagine and more. From the cozy atmosphere to the fully stocked amenities, it was clear our hosts went above and beyond to make the experience special. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Amanda's place was perfect for a relaxing getaway and so close for visiting Hopewell rocks! The cottage is so cozy and has everything you need. We highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area. We hope to go back soon!

we absolutely love this place! esp the huge forest at the back as well as the hot tub sauna and cold plunge! amazing time.

We loved our stay here, the property and house were absolutely stunning. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. We loved the touches like the washer toss game, the board games, the record player and especially thought the black face clothes for makeup removal were a great touch. The property was clean and exactly what we expected and more!

If you are looking for a place to kick back, relax and make some memories this is the place. The sunrises from the loft were magnificent- and the short walk to enjoy coffee on the lake was well worth it. Indoor and outdoor areas were well thought out, and just added to our overall experience. We will definitely be back :)

We had the best time at Rolf’s place! The cottage is beautiful, and the surrounding lake and forest were very peaceful. The hot tub and screened in porch were amazing, we spent most of our time there. Rolf was very responsive to messages, and an all around great host. We’ve already booked another trip back!

Very nice host, lovely cabin, very quiet location. Would recommend for relaxing weekend getaway.
