Family home 90m2 with sunny courtyard

We rent our house with its sunny courtyard of 20m2. Parking is free on the street. Everything is done on foot. Recently refurbished, the house is very bright, and pleasant for families with children. But 2 points of attention: there are stairs, and we have no bathtub, only a shower (Plastic bathtub for babies) The 3rd bedroom is "the annex": very beautiful luminous volume 30m2, with lounge/TV area, table, sofa bed bz.
