Angie’s house was a wonderful place for us to stay while visiting family in Redding. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the home to be exactly as described and in a great neighborhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimberly's place! We went back and forth on which unit to rent due to a family reunion happening nearby, and Kimberly was incredibly generous and accommodating as we changed our minds multiple times—we really appreciated her flexibility. We ultimately decided on the Court Street unit, and it was a beautiful Victorian space. Kimberly kindly made a third bedroom available for us, which is not typically included, and we were so grateful for that thoughtful gesture. The home is beautifully appointed, full of natural light, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—truly a great night's sleep. The location is ideal: just one block from town, but tucked away on a quiet street. The unit has a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee station, but no kitchen or sink for washing up—something to be aware of. That said, we were rarely there as our reunion was hosted at a family home just down the street. Thank you Kimberly, WE WILL BE BACK!

A perfect little spot for a quick trip to Redding.

My stay at Linda's was only 1 night but if I am back in the area I will book again. She was flexible with my check in time when I needed to arrive late and her place is very comfortable. I had my kitty with me too and was very appreciative of her willingness to have my kitty too. Her place would be very comfortable for a much longer stay with the full kitchen and ample seating inside and outside.

I had a wonderful stay at Steve and Kathryn’s place. The studio was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Their directions were clear and made it easy to find the place. Although the studio is located downstairs, it was very quiet—they were incredibly respectful and considerate of guests; I hardly hear any noises at all. The location is also conveniently close to Mount Shasta town. Highly recommended!

Valentina has done an amazing job on the interior! She gutted the whole apartment down to the studs. It looks exactly like the pictures, the full size kitchen and appliances are perfect, the bed, linen and pillows are top notch and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Valentina is a wonderful host and very attentive when contacted. Perfect for my week long stay for my granddaughter's High School graduation. I will definitely book it again on my next visit.

She let me know ahead I’d stay at a different rental on the same property as the frig went out in the one I had booked. It was a small house WELL worth the price…clean, comfy & peaceful with everything I needed. I esp. enjoyed sitting in the yard behind the property, watching the horses, chickens & llamas.

Great place and great hosts. It’s a vintage home with lots of charm. Spacious and comfortable. Slept really well on a nice bed. Greg was very helpful and always responsive to questions. They give you plenty of space to do your thing. The neighborhood is nice too. Quiet but close to the old downtown and everything on the west side.

The space is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together—everything you could want for a peaceful getaway. One of the real highlights for us was being surrounded by trees; it gave the whole place a serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and relax. The host was fantastic, communicative, and a fab welcome with a nice food hamper. Details had been considered, which made our stay feel extra special. We left feeling refreshed and recharged, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and a real sense of homely retreat.
