The home was perfect if you are staying at Redding and exploring area around Redding. The home was clean and very spacious. Both of our families had a very comfortable stay.

Our family wanted to go to lake Shasta, whiskeytown lake, the waterfalls and other types of things and we decided to stay in Redding. This location was perfect! It was right in the middle of everything. Lots of food options. Lots of things to do and the house was absolutely gorgeous. I was very pleased with how clean it was and the neighbors were also really nice. It had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to go to any of the nearby lakes or waterfalls.

No photos can do justice to this wonderful, wonderful house. The location is perfect—you get a stunning view of Mt. Shasta, and the ability to see so many stars at night is absolutely mind-blowing! Not to mention how cozy the house is—beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. My friends and I are so thankful the universe led us to Janet's house; it truly was the cherry on top of our trip to Mt. Shasta. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful cabin by the river! Our family of 5 and two dogs enjoyed a relaxing stay at a very clean, comfortable and private cabin. The hike to the river was easy and secluded. The house has everything you need and a gorgeous view of the river. Would definitely recommend to anyone and can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our long weekend in the bungalow! The place was just as described, and Brandy was very responsive before and during our stay. The area is very residential, but not far (a 20+ minute walk down a hill) from restaurants and downtown Redding. All essential amenities were available, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer on the back deck.

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful house. It's dog friendly and the yard is amazing - big and nice outdoor seating areas. The house had everything we needed, great kitchen, cute bedrooms, comfortable beds and plenty of additional lines and towels. One can walk downtown to restaurants and shops very easily and all are dog friendly. Host communication was prompt and we were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again! It’s a perfect place for our little family!

Great location home was clean and the loft was a pleasant and extraordinary experience. Having access to private river access was so much fun could spend hours there.

My family and I loved the green cabin, even in the rain! We visited, played board games and watched movies provided. The layout of property is perfect. Lots of comfy beds, generous seating on couch and table. We are already planning our next stay!

This house is amazing. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and back yard was beautiful. It is easily located to the lake. Only problem we had was getting our boat up the road. It is a hard driveway and road to the house for a surf boat. But that’s on us not the house. Would 1000% stay here again.

This was such a gem of an Airbnb! The host truly thought of everything and the space was perfect. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and well kept. My family enjoyed the pool and patio area for hours on end. The home was so clean and had everything we needed from Tupperware to spices. Suzie was a super responsive host, who was very accommodating and replied right away if I had a question. My family and I will be looking to book this Airbnb again! 10/10 experience!

The house is comfy and cozy and was well stocked, even for our big family of 8 and kitty and our long stay. The beds were super comfy and the yard was great with pool, lots of pool toys, and plenty of seating. Beautiful views of the mountain and nature everywhere. Great house, great hosts, we had a wonderful stay! :)

We loved the stay and proximity to Lassen Volcanic National Park. The on-site amenities were great between the pool, hot tub, and variety of toys for the kids in the garage. The beds had great sheets and pillows and we appreciate how clean the property was for our arrival.

The property was spotless, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to get around, with great restaurants and shops nearby. Christy was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a great pool!

Darlene's place was so peaceful with a nice private outdoor space for our morning coffee and evening leisure time. Our son loved the pool! Every place we needed to go was within a few minutes drive. Very nicely located if going to Bethel.

Surrounded by natural beauty. Great for star gazing. Beautiful roses. Quirky. Needs updating. Fed by natural spring so water high quality but very low water pressure. Hosts very proactive and communicative. Enjoyed the lizards and wildlife that joined us on the porch to sunbathe and enjoy our morning coffee.

Private, serene, and breathtakingly gorgeous are the words I’d use to describe Leah’s place. Keith, her father is as friendly as a teddy bear and upon checking in made us feel very welcome and safe. We 100% will come back to stay here again. If you’re looking for camping without all the frustration of setting a tent and bed up and all that, plus like to shower and use a real toilet, you can’t beat this place. A true gem in the trinity mountains. Nothing was left out, we had everything we needed and then some. Thank you guys for a new favorite place to escape the crazy world. -The Powers Family

This was a 100 out of 10 experience; private, tranquil - beautiful nature just outside of the many perfectly positioned windows in this unique and charming home. Incredible view of the river gorge from the back deck with an added bonus of watching a bald eagle hunt in the Trinity. The pond out front with its chorus of frogs enhanced our nightly star gazing! Our dogs joined us on this trip, it was a perfect house for them! We all took the most amazing, steep and short hike from behind the property down to the river, be mindful of the need for tick removal on your return. The bed in the master was so comfortable, the scent of the tall, red roses just outside the master was intoxicating! I became very attached to this place in a short time and was quite sad to leave the experience behind. Caleb was an excellent communicator and very fast to respond to my many questions.

If you’re looking for peaceful surroundings and a cozy clean place to stay, you found the right place. Plus they just opened a new restaurant in town that has amazing food at a really good price

Christina truly was a wonderful host. Unfortunately, we had to depart early due to a family emergency, but Christina showed such incredible understanding during a difficult time. The location was absolutely beautiful, and the tiny home was a delightful retreat. We’re grateful for her kindness and hope to return under happier circumstances.

My wife and I were looking for a few days 'off the grid' to recharge. We could not pick up a better place! While there is no cell phone service (that's for the bosses and anyone else you don't want to talk to), Starlink provides reliable and super fast WiFi service. Our hosts, Stacey and Robin, are wonderful and warm hearted people. They were always ready to assist and make sure we have everything we needed. We even got lucky to have Robin to join us for a day of fishing. He made cookies 'to die for'. The place itself has everything you could possible wish for. Stacey even thought about having sunscreen and mosquito repellent. We can't wait to come back again.

This farm was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Rebecca went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our entire stay. We definitely hope to come back to Etna and stay here!!!
