Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Trinity River

This home was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and want to book the home again for a longer vacation stay with family. I have recommended this home to family and friends as well. Linda was great at answering questions and very accommodating with our very late check in. I was able to bring my dog with me, which is always a plus when traveling. I will be booking another stay later this year for work as well.

Our family wanted to go to lake Shasta, whiskeytown lake, the waterfalls and other types of things and we decided to stay in Redding. This location was perfect! It was right in the middle of everything. Lots of food options. Lots of things to do and the house was absolutely gorgeous. I was very pleased with how clean it was and the neighbors were also really nice. It had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to go to any of the nearby lakes or waterfalls.

Kristara was a wonderful, responsive, and empathetic host. Her house is clean, beautiful, centrally located, and our family had a lot of fun living there for 2 days. I would be happy to stay at this place again in the future and highly recommend this property and host to any of my family and friends.

No photos can do justice to this wonderful, wonderful house. The location is perfect—you get a stunning view of Mt. Shasta, and the ability to see so many stars at night is absolutely mind-blowing! Not to mention how cozy the house is—beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. My friends and I are so thankful the universe led us to Janet's house; it truly was the cherry on top of our trip to Mt. Shasta. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Clean, cozy cabin that was close to the outdoor activities that brought us to the Mt Shasta area. I would highly recommended and would stay thier again if I was in the area.

Thank you Rick and Tammie - lovely little home that is fully equipped, including every type of kitchenware (in great condition), paper products, plastic baggies, even a full cabinet of spices. The house was spotlessly clean, which is very important to us, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room to hang out with family - nice furniture too! Comfy bed. Rick was very responsive when the smoke alarm went off (battery needed changing) and even left us a bottle of wine. So sweet! Town is a couple of blocks away - easy walk! All and all it was perfect for us and we would stay there again.

It was really amazing. Very well stocked kitchen in a great location.

My boyfriend and I spent a lovely Memorial Day weekend at this wonderful home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bed was cozy, and we appreciated at they gifted us some beautiful artichokes. As advertised, the home does not have any WiFi or strong cell service (I got no service with T-Mobile, my BF got limited service with ATT) it was such a lovely break from screens - we even watched the Goonies - one of their DVDs. I will note - because the summer bridge was not out yet, we did have to take the long and twisty road 30minutes each way to get back to the highway. I would not recommend driving it for the first time at dark. Also - the house does have neighbors somewhat close (we thought it might be a little more secluded.) We enjoyed hiking the Bull Creek Flat trail thru the ancient Redwoods, and checking out the delightful Kinetic Sculpture Race in Eureka. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend a visit!

this was a beautifully decorated home with lots of privacy and deer in the yard that we all enjoyed watching. My kids had tons of fun in the pool, we used the bbq to celebrate my mom recent retirement and had everything we needed for cooking. beds were comfortable with plenty of linens, we used the washer and dryer with no issues. The only issue we had was floors were dirty and we had to sweep and mop as they were very sticky and down stairs shower was not clean (we are picky clean people). Even with this we would stay here again and recommend.

The view from the patio and deck was so beautiful, definitely priceless and something you have to experience yourself to truly appreciate. The house was everything we needed and had hoped for. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The property is so close to the lake which made launching our boat so convenient and quick. We would recommend this property to anyone that asks and will definitely be returning.

This is a lovely home on a cul de sac. Parking in driveway. Absolutely beautiful back yard with a lovely view of the valley and mountains. Perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunning, evening sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a comfortable retreat atmosphere, this is it.

Location, location, location! Shelly’s home is on the edge of a beautiful mineral spring near Mount Shasta. The home itself is well-maintained. If not a little rustic, but has all of the amenities you would expect. The outdoor spaces are really where it shines. Panoramic patios over the edge of the mineral spring, walking paths, tiny meditation spaces. The yoga studio we rented was also perfect for the retreat that I ran What I loved most was that the sound of the creek was constantly in the background it was so relaxing .
