We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

The apartment in the country house is in a quiet area, you can only hear frogs and birds, surrounded by nature. Impeccable cleanliness and apartment equipped with everything you need.

The apartment is very interesting as decoration, at the end of the old town with beautiful and peasful panorama. Everything is clean and tidy. Walking distance from the center, good restaurants in the vicinity. Host was very responsive and helpful with local advice.

Great place, great host!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly We enjoyed it.

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

The apartment is close to a supermarket and with the bicycles (in excellent condition), which Barbara provides, you can reach the beach in 5 minutes. The apartment is a small studio but with everything you need and the condominium has an elevator. You can easily find parking under the house or in the area. Barbara has always been available for anything, a recommended host.

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable host. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one stays hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the foosball table, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

Good location, both sea and supermarket within walking distance. Great stay, new, clean apartment with everything and above all a friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend.

Lorenzo was a very polite and helpful host who supported us in all matters. The beach "Bagni Miriam" is very close and ideal for families. The daily price is 20 euros, but there are also free public beach sections on both sides. The Lidl supermarket is very close, so you can shop comfortably. On Wednesdays, a weekly market takes place in the morning on Viale-Straße, where there are clothes... Right on the beach there is the children's entertainment park "MAF Acustica". We also enjoyed the pizzeria "Bellagioia" very much. In Lidl you can buy many beach items, including umbrellas. In the evening, mosquito sprays are recommended – be sure to take one with you. If you don't speak Italian, that's not a problem. The Italian highways are quite expensive (one way 50 euros) Some drive recklessly, overtaking on the right. Zebra crossings are often ignored. €1/day tourist tax, ID required at check-in.

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your accommodation. This was my second stay here and I hope to stay here whenever possible during my visits to Italy. Senigallia is a lovely little seaside town that has not had the overwhelming crowds that a lot of seaside towns have. The apartment is immaculately clean and furnished with absolutely everything one could need! It isn't a large apartment, yet there is plentiful storage for luggage and supplies for any length of stay. The large beautiful terrace doubles the space and has wonderful views of the beach and sea. The real reason I love it so much though is because of Maria, Diego, and little Tommy. They are absolutely the best hosts I could ever imagine. You can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable and happy and to have the best stay possible. I'm so thankful for how welcoming they are and look forward to seeing them again as much if not more than I'm looking forward to my next Italian vacation!

We loved our stay.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Apartment practically in the center and a stone's throw from the station, very convenient for those who move on foot. Giorgia is kind and helpful, very easy and clear self-check-in, check-out just as easy and flexible in case of no reservation for the following day. Recommended.
