Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Amazing place to stay and enjoy all that Citta San Marino has to offer. Stefano went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly for our arrival, and the home was beautiful, clean, and with the best view ever!

We stayed in this wonderful place with our two dogs and had a great time. The house is as pictured, comfortable and rustic as expected. The exterior is very large and fenced, perfect for those with animals. The location is panoramic and the garden is very enjoyable, even for outdoor dining. The house is easy to find and well connected to many beautiful villages. In 10/15 minutes you can reach the sea and in about twenty minutes Senigallia. Lucio and Edwin are always very kind and helpful. They recommended nice places to visit and great restaurants:) In the area, you can eat both meat and fish, and drink excellent wine everywhere. It was a relaxing week among green hills, the sea and beautiful people. Highly recommended ❤️

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was an amazing stay at Stefanias apartment, we really enjoyed the surrounding of the mountains. It was perfect to relax and chill at the pool with a great view and also to explore Fabriano and Frasassi area. There was nothing we missed, the multiple bathrooms were really great for staying with friends. We would really recommend to stay there.

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very beautiful, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and it was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

Villa San Martino is an oasis of peace and tranquility. We were looking for a slice of Italy that wasn’t as crowded or well-trodden as Tuscany, but equally as charming and beautiful - this property delivered in spades. The Umbrian hills are majestic, dotted with old farmhouses and castles, the valley below is wreathed in mist in the morning (if you wake up early enough!) Despite its irenic isolation (there is virtually no noise apart from the birds and wine bottles being uncorked) amenities are conveniently located nearby with large supermarkets in Umbertide 30m away. Castle Reschio over the hill if you’re feeling flamboyant. The villa itself is stately, capacious and cosy. The decor reassuringly rustic and elegant - dark wood, leather and stone. The kitchen is cheerful and there’s a very respectable sized stove which will cater for dinner parties. Martin was everything you could ask for in a host, charming and pleasant, brimming with local recommendations. We will be back.

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

We stayed 4 days and it was just fantastic. The arrival was hassle-free and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had electricity again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I would recommend this place to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

A very special cottage on a large overgrown property, guarded by a house cat, that offers tranquility and many more amenities. The smart outdoor shower, fireflies in the surrounding meadows at night, the fully equipped kitchen and much more - for which we had no time (projector, record player, pizza oven, ...). Host Marco explains the most important things in a video in advance, so that you arrive well informed and excited. The contact with him was always very friendly and helpful - he responded in the shortest time.

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

The apartment is nice, clean, beautiful, large, with all the comforts including washing machine and dishwasher. We stayed a few days but it was worth staying longer. Well served in the area, pharmacy downstairs, minutes away from the center and very close to the beach.
