The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

My wife and I had a lovely time at Lucy’s, we were so fortunate to experience the gorgeous manor and its grounds! Everything was in pristine condition and comfortable. The coach house had everything needed and Lucy was a great help to make our time extra special. This is the perfect place for a romantic and special experience for those who appreciate historical properties and beautiful gardens. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to book the manor!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Thyme Cottage is a little gem of a place. The pictures really don't do it justice - it is so cute. We stayed here as we had two nights at Nocturne Festival which was just 10 minutes away so super convenient for this. In terms of the house itself its one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, every little detail so well thought through. it was a super hot day when we arrived but the cottage remained cool and Alison even changed the duvet to a lighter tog for us. It was squeaky clean, lovely little touches like super nice bath robes, 100 acres amenities, a beautiful little garden to sit in which we made plenty of use of , bed was super comfortable and parking was right outside. The interior design of the house was second to none, kitchen well stocked and one of the best showers i have encountered in an Airbnb. Alison is an amazing host, gave recommendations and answered as soon as we messaged. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all prospective new guests. 10/10.

The Studio was exactly as described, and felt very spacious. The room was nicely decorated and felt clean and fresh. Due to the hot weather, the room felt quite warm, but Catrina had kindly provided a tall fan to keep us cooler. Everything we needed was provided. Catrina (and her daughter) were welcoming, but unobtrusive. We didn't have the opportunity to explore the area, but the village looked beautiful, with some nearby walking routes. Would love to stay again.

I've stayed in a few places but I must say this was the nicest place we have stayed, left us a pile of goodies and provisions so not having to go to shops, the place is spotless and very well laid out even the small bedroom was big enough for one of us, 2 showers in the property meant not waiting on the 3 of us to use one, livingroom was comfy as anything and sky tv was great, our host Sarah replied to any texts we sent almost immediately and left us a gift of greyhound keyrings as she knew we were down for greyhound derby at towcester, the outdoor space is lovely and very private and it was needed as it was in the high 20s whilst we were there, as soon as I get dates for next years derby we will be booking again, thank you Sarah for allowing us to book I hope this feedback gets you loads of bookings as you deserve it with the way your property is presented xx Robert Hawthorn

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

We spent two nights here and were absolutely overwhelmed by how wonderful this place is. I’ve truly never experienced such warm and genuine hospitality. There’s something here for everyone! My father was overjoyed with all the amazing cars on display, and even my dog had a great time exploring and enjoying the nature. This place is definitely worth a visit – we’ll be back for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay in the cottage, the area was peaceful, well connected to Oxford and you can enjoy some great walks. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and was great to stay for a wedding weekend in Oxford for a friend. Would highly recommend.

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Amazing host, wonderful location and just 5*s all round from me! Thanks for a wonderful stay Lesley ❤️

Clementine Cottage is perfectly located, a short walk to Woodstock or Blenheim Palace, and close to all the delights of the Cotswolds and Oxford. The cottage has been tastefully restored and decorated, with all the facilities for a very comfortable stay. We stayed as four adults and the cottage had everything we needed, clean, well maintained and good value. Nice touches all around made it a home from home feel. We will look to stay again.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. A beautiful house with excellent amenities. The garden is super secure for dogs and very private. Rosie was a great host and communications were clear and responsive. An amazing weekend treat for all of us.

We had the most magical Christmas at the Castle Ashby Cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The cottage was warm, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a charming fireplace, a Nespresso machine, and a well-appointed kitchen. A special touch that made our stay extra memorable was the beautifully decorated Christmas tree provided upon our request. The bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable, with plush beds and duvets that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The peaceful surroundings and stunning scenery around the cottage added to the charm, creating the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Sara, our point of contact, was exceptional—always prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made everything seamless and stress-free. The only main improvement we could suggest is the addition of a combined washer/dryer. With active kids, it was a bit challenging to manage laundry during our stay. Thank you again!

Very spacious house with comfortable beds, heaps of room for socialising in the home and the garden. Massive kitchen which would serve well for a longer stay. The house is clearly intended for letting so is geared for that use rather than quainter more personal places. Super convenient location for events near sliverstone. Quiet and safe area. Nice host who allowed us to have a flexible arrival time.

In a really great location and one of the cheapest places in the area. Bernadette was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful house and immaculate on arrival. Had plently of amenaties (iron / hoover / cutlery) which was great!

We had an fantastic stay with Red Kite. The property is beautiful, well well furnished with all amenities you would hope for. The location is brilliant, in the lovely village of Kingham a short stroll from The Wild Rabbit. Other villages - Stow, Chipping Norton, Bourton-on-the-Water - and attractions e.g. Daylesford farm, Clarkson’s pub are a short drive or in our case a cycle away. Highly recommend
