Cottage by the water

Cozy 18th century barn has been converted to a cabin! The cabin is located right by the water in quiet surroundings and has lovely views of Raulandsfjell and Totak's banks. Simple standard, with running water and electricity, kitchen and bathroom. The cabin has an outdoor toilet/composting toilet. Easy access by car and short distance to hiking terrain. There are ski slopes and sandy beach just outside the cabin. Bed linen is not provided, but can be rented for NOK 50 per set. Pets are not allowed on the furniture but are to stay on the floor.

The exterior of the cabin displays large windows reflecting panoramic views of the lake and surrounding nature. A wooden terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, inviting outdoor relaxation. New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Lita cottage in sunny farmyard.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and laundry. Lita cottage located on a farm with a wonderful view of the lake Totak and the mountains. We live in one of the houses in the yard. Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut constructed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut area with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage, which is very quiet and located on a lake. The kitchen is super equipped and the view of the lake while eating and resting in the living room is wonderful. Communication with Olav went smoothly and quickly, we were allowed to stay one night longer without complications. We felt very comfortable here!

We had a wonderful time with our family and guests. The host is attentive and solution-oriented. The house is very clean and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can find the peace and comfort here that you may not feel even in your own home. If you’re looking for a helpful review, my advice is: don’t hesitate to make a reservation. Norwegian Overnattingsstedet er like fint som beskrevet. Alt du trenger finnes i huset. Alt var nøye forberedt på forhånd etter behov. Vi hadde en fantastisk tid sammen med familien og gjestene våre. Verten er oppmerksom og løsningsorientert. Huset er veldig rent og funksjonelt. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt. Her finner du ro og komfort som du kanskje ikke engang føler i ditt eget hjem. Hvis du ser etter en nyttig anmeldelse, er mitt råd: ikke nøl med å bestille.

Lovely cozy and tidy home in Rauland. clean and newly renovated, and you felt at home. The house has no TV so you really have time to enjoy the surroundings and each other's company - a big plus. well located with a 5 minute walk to the lift.

We had a wonderful week at Trines cottage. Trine was a great host. Everything was well prepared as we arrived. As we had a question during our visit, Trine immediately responded and helped us. The cottage itself is a beautiful place, you can see everywhere that it is wonderfully and lovingly furnished. And you can start activities from here like hiking or biking or just relax.

Charming older cabin with new bathroom. Content as described, lovely views and cozy atmosphere. Very pleasant host who responds quickly. Definitely worth a visit and can be recommended :)

Ines place was a great home during our vacation. We especially enjoyed the big kitchen, coffee machine and the amenity of a washing machine. The area is nice, although during our stay the outdoor area was still unfinished. I'm sure it will get even more beautiful with time.

This place is paradise on earth! Super quiet with a supreme view over the lake and the cabin interior is very cute. We spent two nights there and did the Ørnenibba walk as mentioned (ca 2,5h, 200m elevation gain) which I can highly recommend. We also saw a moose on our last morning which was the icing on the cake 😊
