Vacation rentals in Torresquadrata

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

The house may have different levels but everything was thought about. The decor, paintings and drapes made the place so sweet and homely. Appreciate the wine, breakfast items, napkins, tissues etc Flysceens were on windows when opened kept the place light and airy. Wonderful garden to sit, relax and sip wine. Just wonderful! We spent the evenings in Todi dining and watching free performace for World Music Day, bonus!

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

The house is located in a beautiful place, in a hilly area. Andrea and Flavia are such lovely people and have really given us a wonderful holiday feeling. The pool gave a wonderful relaxation, with air conditioning in the cottage have endured the hot days (35°C +) very well. The cottage and pool is very clean. Todi itself is beautiful to visit but also the area Umbria is very beautiful to visit. A huge recommendation! A 10 👍

Adele and Patrik are a great team. Adele met us in the square, as we had a rental car, and then helped us with our bags to the home. It’s a decent walk—we had two kids and grandmas with us—and thankfully, everyone was able to manage the steep walkways. The views from this home are the best we’ve ever seen. You’re just a 3–5 minute walk, depending on your pace, from a small grocery shop, restaurants, a church, the underground tour, and more. It was the perfect location for the wedding we attended. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes, so a rental car isn’t really necessary unless you’re traveling after hours. Adele was available 24/7 to answer questions and was very accommodating. Our entire family had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for everything!

Manuela is a wonderful, polite and friendly host, and her holiday home is one of the most beautiful and romantic places we've ever stayed. Every space in the house is full of charm, and the terrace overlooking the paradise views is a place of calm and peace. We were lucky enough to wake up to birdsong and the singing of nuns in a local church. The whole town of Spello is beautiful, and the people are so friendly. Thank you so much to Manuela for being the best host we've ever had! I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Broglino, which is an amazing historic house and property. The views from the garden are spectacular, and you can feel the history walking around the house. We had a fantastic meal at the house cooked by Luisa and Mary. The only downside is that the kitchen is a bit awkward for a large number of people, but this is probably to be expected for a house of this age
