A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

A great stay. The surrounding garden is stunning, wild, and exactly what you picture a Tuscan country house to be. Butterflies and bees everywhere, birds, hares, just magical. The house and guesthouses are spacious and well stocked, very comfortable for 4 couples or two families with children. Overall the house and property is very well maintained with rustic charm. Also highly recommend Isabella, Fabrizio, and Lily to come cook one night, they handled our family of 17 with ease and the food was delicious. A few things that could be improved: The lack of air conditioning was not too bad in late June, it cools down enough at night with fans. However, the biggest negative of the house is the lack of window screens. If the windows are open at night with any lights on, the room will fill with many, many, many bugs. I feel this is an absolutely necessary addition to the bedrooms, in order to sleep comfortably. The wifi also needs to be improved, as it does not reach beyond the kitchen.

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. The views are spectacular, and the property is very private. Thank you, Irene, and family. I especially appreciated your help in getting me my new computer charger after mine broke. Read the reviews - they are true. If you want to visit Cortona then just book here and you will not be disappointed. This is not a corporate rental, Margherita is proud of the home and so many little things which make a big difference. She picked us up on a Sunday and showed us around the property not just here’s the key code box number etc. she made a reservation for us at a popular restaurant just down from the apartment - doubt we would got the lovely corner table if we had booked ourselves. The two balconies really make a huge difference and you will find one of the best views and sunsets for any vacation. The location is just 2 mins from the main square and believe me this makes a difference in this beautiful but hilly village. Would we visit again ? Most definitely
