From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. This accommodation tops everything I've experienced in Sardinia so far. The location is unbeatable. A few steps to the beach. A few steps to the next ice cream parlor. A few steps to the restaurants. The beach is more pebble beach than sandy beach. But that doesn't bother us and doesn't count. Endlessly long and not overcrowded. That counts! The apartment is amazing. Clean, tastefully decorated, more than well equipped and spacious. The host has a soft spot for Banksy. That makes him doubly likeable. Plenty of space inside, plenty of space outside. A large terrace and downstairs a large garden with shower. The apartment can be reached via a large staircase. Simple and stress-free. And that's exactly what this property is all about: no stress and everything easy! There is only one problem: If this accommodation is occupied at the beginning of the trip, then everything after that... You can imagine. Book this accommodation better as a crowning glory for your Sardinia trip!

In terms of always using Airbnb, this was one of the best I've ever used. The owners are always kind, respectful and very polite. It's a place where you need a car, because there are so many beaches to visit that you want to see them all at the same time. The sunrise is beautiful and from where it's located you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. Congratulations.
