Enjoy coziness and tranquility in approx. 50 m2 bright and nice apartment under the ceiling in a converted barn. 1 of a total of 2 apartments. Built in 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to shared pool. Pure idyll in the countryside, but with only 2.5 km to good shopping, as well as about 10 minutes by car to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats and horses. Amazing views of the water and Thorø

Fantastic views from the living room and bedroom over the Little Belt, Thorø, Bågø and Jutland. The house is 150 meters from the waterfront. Located in the idyllic Thorøhuse, an old fishing village with a natural harbor, only 2 km from Assens. The house has a large terrace overlooking the water, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue is available. New: Orangery. There are great swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, underwater hunting, fishing and hiking opportunities right outside the door as well as the most beautiful sunsets.

Annex of 50 m2 located in the forest edge on a closed road leading to the beach (not a swimming beach). Nature comes right into the apartment, and the peace is interrupted only by birdsong and the wind in the trees. The annex contains a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, dining area, armchairs and sofa. And on the large loft, there is an extra mattress where you can sleep. Private terrace with forest view. Free parking and very fast WiFi.

Are you going to stay in "TJÆREGRYDEN"? The place is full of peace and quiet, and the individual apartments are undisturbed in relation to each other. The holiday homes of 55 m2 each are located about 100 m from the water, and all have sea views. Our apartments are based on 2 people, but two of the apartments can easily be used by 3-4 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a nice bathroom.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The home is located in the most beautiful street in Assens, really a quiet and idyllic place. There is parking in the street (but not on the private road opposite the house) and there is the possibility of sitting in the small courtyard. The house was renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. 2 min. walk to forest 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.

The house located on a nature plot right to the north and Lillebælt with sinnderjylland and Als as a view on the horizon with the beautiful reeds, maen and Thorø in walking distance. Large terrace with umbrella and furniture. The house is lovely simply furnished with an open kitchen.
