No children under 10. Cozy, tons of deck. Very simple home, but with the basics and lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me at all. Small dog who likes to wander, so you might see Greta. She’s the best! No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells something about your group other than the fact that you will be visiting the area. Thx. No pets without my prior written consent.

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. This converted RV is nestled in the back of our property, and is fully fenced and private. It really feels like it's own space. The RV hosts a king-sized bed, full kitchen and seating area.
