One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

There are four bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and a family bathroom. The Master and VIP bedrooms are garden facing, opening on to a balcony which runs along the whole width of the house. The whole house is equipped with DVB-S (free world sat) TV and WIFI. The charming village of Scauri, is only short walk away. The kitchen has all the conveniences a guest could want, including, microwave, oven, grill and fireplace and can accomodate up to 11 people.

The Blue House - parking space included

We were guests of the blue house in the first 15 days of August. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Agata, a discreet, sociable person who was very attentive to meeting our every request. The apartment is brand new, very clean and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron). The house is a few meters from the sea, where there are equipped beaches on beaches with golden sand and crystal clear sea. Scauri is a happy situation, which allows you to easily reach the Pontine Islands and nearby towns (Gaeta, Formia, Sperlonga). Stay more than recommended, to everyone, young and old!

We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

A bright and clean bathroom features modern fixtures, including a shower enclosed by a glass door. A round mirror is mounted above the sink, and a bidet is positioned alongside the toilet. Natural light enters through a window, enhancing the space.

Great place. The host was very nice, responsive and helpful with recommendations and constantly checking in. The house was very comfortable and clean, perfect for families looking to stay in this beautiful town. We had a rental car which made it easy to go around the town. The location was private and full of luscious orange and lemon trees which was definitely a very luxurious surprise for us !! Would definitely recommend holidus beautiful place to any groups or families looking to visit minturno.

A narrow cobblestone alley is framed by greenery and potted plants. The whitewashed walls of buildings with rustic stone accents line the sides, creating a serene environment. A doorway can be seen in the background, leading further into the charming neighborhood.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Salvatore and Paola's cottage for a week! Salvatore communicated via messages prior to check in to ensure a smooth experience and offered many suggestions for local restaurants, beaches & points of interest. He, Paola & their 2 dogs were so welcoming and friendly! Salvatore joined us on the terrace one day with a bottle of limoncello made by Paola's mother...a refreshing and delicious, unexpected and thoughtful treat! He also left us some delicious loquat medlar fruit (which I never heard of) that he picked on the property. The cottage is very cozy, simply and beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! All necessities were provided and like new (towels/sheets, kitchenware, soap/shampoo) as well as extras like olive oil, spices, coffee/tea/juice and cookies. The terrace was extra amazing & offered a relaxing start and end to each day, with amazing ocean and sunset views! We Highly Recommend!
