South Devon is really a beautiful area and Sunnyview has an amazing position in the coastal village of Torcross, sitting within an AONB. 3 miles of beach on your doorstep and the SW Coast Path running behind the garden, there is so much to explore in this magnificent area. It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

With unrivalled views of Start Bay and Slapton Ley the flat is a perfect place to unwind. Relaxing on the balcony you can enjoy watching wild birds and on the odd occasion otters, there is direct access to the Torcross waterfront and the long shingle beach along with The Start Bay Inn and The Boathouse. Dartmouth, Totnes and Salcombe are all a short drive away with their independent shops and excellent pubs and restaurants. Stunning walks along the SW coast path give access to secluded bays.

If you love the beautiful south Devon coast, 4 At the Beach ticks all the boxes. Your chic pet-friendly apartment has everything you’ll need to enjoy life by the sea. At the Beach is in an enviable position on Slapton Sands, a three mile shingle beach on one of South Devon’s most popular coastlines. You’ll find a pub and café’s all a one to two minute walk away, and a charming farm shop approximately twenty minute walk away for local fresh produce and a bite to eat, and a working brewery.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
