Cosy Coastal Cottage This cosy cottage is part of Blue Moon Cottages, three beautifully decorated cottages just 250 metres from the bayside beach at Rye on the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. This character filled cottage is decorated with a subtle classic neutral theme. It is large enough to accommodate a couple or a family with an infant.The cottage is also pet friendly with an outdoor courtyard which is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside. Living: Walking into the cottage the wooden clad interior has a cosy lounge with log fire for winter stays and French doors to open up to the courtyard in summer. A leather chair and comfy sofa give the feeling of a log cabin hideaway to the room.The lounge opens further to a dining area with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping: There is a large carpeted bedroom at the gable end of the cottage, beautifully decorated with hanging bedside lamps, a wrought iron Qeen bed and wall mounted TV. Bathrooms: Modern recently renovated bathroom with shower. There is a shared laundry on the Blue Moon Cottages site with washer and dryer. Heating and Cooling: Reverse Cycle Heater and Air Conditioner and additional wall heaters are in the dining and bedroom Parking: There is off street parking for one car Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome inside however as the cottage and courtyard is small we would recommend small dogs only. The fully enclosed courtyard garden has an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. The Sandpiper is a perfect beach retreat in both summer and winter. Your home away from home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Air conditioning, Flat screen TV, DVD, Wifi, Log fire, BBQ, Private courtyard garden,outdoor dining area andc car parking This is self catering accommodation and the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival. Anything but plain at Plain St Tootgarook

Plain St. Pleasure on the Peninsula! Open living surrounded by many outdoor areas to relax after a day at the beach (500m) 3 bedrooms with queen beds plus trundle bed in each room if required. The main bedroom has access to its own decking and ensuite. The 2 other bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom and there is another toilet and shower at the rear of the house for guests using the sofa bed in the fourth room. A pet friendly, secure yard with plenty of parking

Rye beach cottage - private, cosy, full of light

Our place is perched on a hill so there are lovely views, especially of the sunset which you can enjoy from the kitchen and backyard. We have ducted heating throughout and a split system in the lounge. Treat your loved ones to a delicious meal using our fully equipped kitchen or spend the day exploring everything the Peninsula has to offer, then sink into our comfy couches at the end of the day.
