Soft opening: The first apartment in this beautiful Wilhelminian-style house is ready, the attic. It opens to the west with a stunning view over the harbor and Flensburg's old town. Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

Fantastic loft apartment on the North Sea near Büsum

The bright and charming loft apartment (approx. 67 m²) is located in the former inn "ZUM LANDHAUS," a beautiful old building from 1900. It impresses with a lot of love for detail: A spacious studio/loft with high ceilings and a sensational incidence of light. It has two double beds, a new, chic kitchen, a very modern, spacious full bathroom with rain shower and a terrace area in the garden. Here you can relax – far away from the hustle and bustle in Büsum or SPO!

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Experience relaxation in the idyllic old customs house under thatch in Schülperneuensiel, near Sankt Peter-Ording and Büsum. This lovingly renovated house from 1850 offers modern country house style, three bedrooms, two shower rooms with underfloor heating and a cozy living area with Swedish oven. Enjoy the well appointed cuisine and the large garden with old fruit trees. Ideal for families. Natural swimming area and bike rides in the immediate vicinity.

Historic thatched-roof house

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Farm in a quiet location, super suitable for families with children. We offer 5 apartments (35 sqm - 90 sqm), as well as a double room. Many idyllic flowery terraces, offer you the opportunity to retreat and forget the stress of everyday life. To acces the bathroom, you have to cross the hallway briefly (about 1.5 meters). The bathroom is not integrated in the room.

What is special about this magical place is the magnificent garden. Enchanted paths take you past a biotope on a huge meadow overlooking the grazing sheep.
